Food was great. We wondered why the service was so poor and found out at the end of our meal that it was because gratuity was automatic for our party of 7. I told the waitress I was disappointed and she once again did not care. Also look at how she had crossed out the tip, trying to not disclose this automatic charge? That is not even legal.

Used to be our favorite spot with fresh sashimi. However, we visited recently two weeks ago on a Wednesday, and everything did not taste fresh. All the rolls had a mushy texture. Fatty tuna was still partially frozen and falling apart. Stirred fried rice and noodle tasted nothing special.
I like their pepper tuna though.

I'd say the food is just okay. Sashimi had decent sized slices of fish, but the sushi had the smallest rice balls I'd ever seen, not even the size of my thumb. Takoyaki wasn't good. It was clearly microwaved and very clumpy on the inside, presentation wasn't good either, almost no bonito flakes, messy mayo/sauce like a 3 year old made it. One of the balls didnt even have octopus in it. Not somewhere I would go for sushi again.

I'd give their sushi a higher rating if I could. It was so delicious! My husband had the Crazy Tuna Roll, I had the sashimi sampler, my daughter had a tuna and a salmon roll with avocado, and one piece of salmon and tuna sashimi. The Tako Su appetizer (which we ended up ordering a second one) and the Tempora Banana dessert that came with green tea ice cream. EVERYTHING was delicious. We had no leftovers and all left full.
When Ten Sushi first opened, we frequented it a lot. But we noticed over time the quality of the food has gone down, and more mistakes made. This week was the last straw. The fish didn't seem fresh, and the dragon roll was made with avocado in the middle and on top instead of cucumber in the middle. Which made for a very mushy roll. So disappointing.
