My order wrong. We had three different white wait people , the waitress did not even write down the order. The service is very slow, but the people were friendly. Back at the day the food was really good , now not so much.

We had the all-you-can-eat fish fry. We all (5 of us—some of whom are fishermen and women) thought it was very good! Batter was not greasy! Slaw was very good—as were the French Fries. We shared a carrot cake for dessert—also tasty—moist cake with wonderful cream cheese frosting.

Hadn't been in years, so thought we'd try it out. Service was great, everything was clean, however, the food was terrible. Not overly fresh, found hair in BOTH our dishes and was just not impressed. Most likely won't return, considering all the other quality places in the area

We were there during Happy Hour and took advantage of their daily special. Our server, Spencer, went above and beyond with his attentiveness and service. Best French fries I've had in ages!

The food is outstanding, portions are large. I have had the ribeye twice and it's been cooked perfectly (like it medium rare). Breakfast is phenomenal. Prices are appropriate. The service is wonderful. One of my most favorite places to dine. It is very loud, but that's because they're busy!

We had a great experience at granite city last night. Spencer was an excellent waiter and was both prompt and very personable, it is evident he enjoys his job and wants customers to feel valued! Thanks Spencer and Granite City for a great evening!!

The Sunday brunch buffet is always a delight! The person making the omelettes did a fantastic job- they were cooked to perfection. Everything else was delicious as well, & though it was busy, wait staff was friendly & efficient. We will continue to come in on Sundays!

Although the food and service were very good, the timing of the meal was terrible. The appetizer and salad came out together after a long wait, then the entree followed about 10 minutes later. We were not even half done with the first round when the second round arrived which meant that the steaks were cold and we had to rush. Overall, this added up to a C minus experience!

3 out of six orders were wrong. I ordered Asian salad that boasted grilled chicken. What came was what looked like chicken cold cuts. It was a Friday night and chaotic, so slack given for that. Wouldn't rush back.

The hostess quickly found my dinner reservation and got us seated fast. The service was fantastic all around. The drinks that they brew in-house are great. The food was also solid, but it wasn't anything special.

We are regulars at GC for our Valentines Day dinner. Although the food is always good, this night it was exceptionally good! We shared the Brussel Sprouts for our app and the flavor was rich and tasty. The soup (chicken tortilla) came out piping hot, full of chicken and with the right amount of spice. By the time we got to our entrees we were not let down one bit. Large portions, hot and fresh. I would have to say that this was the best meal that I've ever had at GC, and I have had a number of them. Kudos to the cooks and servers that Valentines night.

Went on Valentine's day and ordered off of the special menu. I feel like some of the food had been prepared in bulk ahead of time. I had the chicken tuscana and it was okay - there was about 2 Tbsp of melted butter in the bottom of the dish - a little too much for my liking. Overall it was okay.

Requested my favorite waiter Spencer and he was personable as always. My friend and I both had burgers which were delicious. I had mine without bun but enjoyed the fries. Never ever a bad meal at Granite City.

I had the Crispy Asian Shrimp Tacos and they were delicious! Perfect amount of spicy and the sauce is amazing. I tried the Fuze Sour beer that is Granite City's beer and it was a solid sour

We enjoyed nice cocktails- a mojito & Bloody Mary with a beer chaser. The patty melt was tasty with seasoned fries and the pot roast with carrots and fried onion strings was yummy too!
