My Daughter had an apt in the Twin Cities and we were traveling out of town and saw they had a Wahlburger in Maple Grove and hadn't ate at one of their locations yet so decided to stop in and get takeout from there. We ordered their Our Burgers cuz it sounded good and staff was very friendly and attentive, Store had nice ambience and good music selection and bathrooms were very clean and store overall looked very clean. Positives I will say they make an excellent burger whatever kind of sauce they put on their burgers is really good and they give you great portions of food for the price also. On my burger I added Avocado spread and it was also very flavorful with my burger however it did make the bread a little more mushy on the edges with mine and their frys were a bit overly salted for myself personally however my husband who really likes salt loved his frys and my daughter likekd their frys.... I will say the frys themselves apart from the little bit of excess salt for me had a good real potato flavor which we all really enjoyed. While the music selection was great it was a little bit loud for visiting with people though will say that. For those reasons would probably give it a 4 out of 5 stars however they do make a good flavorful burger and we all agreed would stop in again and would love to try more of their menu items at a later time if passing thru. Was fun to try out a new restaurant and overall really enjoyed our lunch experience.

Good service and good food. The Our Burger is honestly the best item on the menu especially at $9.99 which includes their special sauce and fries. Honestly a great deal.Especially considering how expensive everything is, I mean McDonalds is like $15 per meal at this point.The atmosphere and interior design is so nice too. Love the green accents.

The visit took place on Monday, January 16, 2023. I was not very impressed with the service. We were a party of five but the host only provided two napkin settings. I observed that another party was shorted on this front as well. The server had zero enthusiasm and energy and appeared to only want to do the bare minimum. It's very hard to connect with someone like that when you know they don't have your back. I do not like roasting individuals on here and I love to give them the benefit of the doubt. So I want to say that the system and management is ultimately to blame. I'm pretty impressed with the food but not the prices. At least our check was correct and you can't argue with "kids eat free".

My third Wahlburgers location. My least favorite. I didn't know it would be a sit down. Used to the counter service style at other locations. Anyway, the greeter was just so so. The server was terrible. A smile would crack her face which must've been why she never smiled, and we had kids with us who were behaving so what the heck is her problem, to not be smiling? I can't tip you much if you're not friendly, seemed like she didn't want to be there. She was too timid and just a bore. The food was good, the Our burger was delicious and couldn't finish it all. Fries sucked , very tiny and too brown and burnt. Yuck. Tater tots are ok but we all tired of them after two or three pieces. The thing onion rings were great. Overpriced for what you get, but the burgers are good. I skipped buying a the $3 soda to make my meal more affordable. Would not return to this location again due to lackluster service.

The servers are so kind and friendly here. The greeter when I was there (I feel bad I couldn't remember his name now) literally walked me through all the sauces that come with my tater tot's and then provided me with his recommendation of a slightly sweet ranch that paired well with the salty side. The people who worked here really looked like they enjoy being there. I think it is reflective of how the owner treats their employees and in return the employees make their customers feel the same. The tots and their burger are great as usual. When I go to Wahlburgers, I still live for their impossible burger. I still can't believe how tasty and juicy these bad boys are compared to the real cheeseburger.

2.5/5 - VERY underwhelming for the brand. The Las Vegas location does them right. This location however, dropped the ball. First off, their online ordering system was down so we had to call to order our pickup order. When we called to order, the host we ordered from was just incompetent. Didn't know the menu (wanted Salmon Fiesta Street Corn Salad which is on the online menu but they said it didn't exist), told us items existed then let us know after we said that we wanted it that they don't make it since it's out of season (Salmon Fruit Salad), and after we ordered a salmon dish he said that they had to defrost salmon so it would've been an extra hour. Then he asked for the name for the order 3+ times and I even spelled it out but when picking up the order, he had entered something else. Oh yeah, at pickup he informed us that one of the patty melts was missing a piece of cheese. I can only hope that they ran out, but after the impression to order food I just assume that they were too lazy to get more out of the fridge. Now to the actual food - completely lacking flavor. The fries were soggy and unseasoned, the sweet potato tater tots tasted like frying oil, the burgers were cooked well to meat temp preference, but were also soggy through the bread but had ample toppings, and the salad was fine (street corn chicken, that barely had any corn by the way). Overall I feel this location was a lousy representation of the Wahlburgers brand. They can do better.

Bad customer service. We go into the restaurant to pick up our mobile order and we were standing under the pickup sign for a while and staff were watching us. We see our food sitting there with bags next to it so we thought we bagged it ourself (it was our first time here). We start bagging our food, and the cooks start yelling at us saying "you can't do that, thats not allowed, other people's food are here too, covid" and so on. She kept talking as we were apologizing saying we had never been here and didn't know what to do. She left and asked another girl to bag our food (the lady who bagged our food was so sweet, she was shorter and had dark hair in a pony). As we were waiting, the cooks started talking bad about us saying we were d*** for doing that and when I looked up at her she aggressively says "wanna say something to me, wanna say something?". She talked about our age saying she doesn't care how old we are, and we should just know. They stayed in the back laughing at us. The lady who bagged our food apologized for what happened and let us off. I know we didn't know what to do, and could have waited, but we were standing there for a while with no help, and we should not have been treated the way we were. As for the food, the burgers were fine. The fries were mediocre at best, kind of soggy.

solid three 3 stars. burger was alright & did it job (fed my stomach & kept me warm). burger was comparable to a shake shack burger but maybe 1-2 steps below. tots were tasty though! i ordered the juicy lucy thinking it would be an enclosed patty with oozing cheese after i took a bite but instead it was similar to a double single (two patties with one slice of cheese in the middle). service was slow, so they definitely need more staffing. i don't have the urge to visit again but if you're ever around the area & haven't tried it, i think it's worth it to try then cross off your list.

When we walked up the bartender side eyed us for no reason… we got seated for dinner and it was fine. I got an impossible burger and a salad and my meal was 12/10. My husband got the double decker and tater tots and his burger was 5/10 and tots were 10/10. My little sister got a bbq burger and the fries and her meal was a 4/10. The fries also came cold. Our server was pretty good but the tables next to us were left dirty for the whole duration of our meal 30+ minutes. The bathrooms are really nice ! All separate small rooms, two for each gender :). Overall each meal was about $15 and we all three agreed that it wasn’t really worth the $. I would come here again solely just for the impossible burger tho, which won’t be enough reason to actually come back.Vegetarian options: The impossible burger is plant based !

We placed our order and then when we were finished the girl repeated back a completely different order. She changed our orders to items they had as opposed to telling us that two items were unavailable at their store. We checked the bag and they still got the order wrong. It seemed like total disorganization. I always list something positive. We addressed the issue later with the manager and he comped the botched order. He was polite and respectful.
I had never eaten here before until last weekend. I ordered "Our Burger Wahlbowl" which turned out to be really good. I wasn't entirely sure how burger pieces would taste in a salad type meal, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the flavor was almost exactly like a hamburger sandwich itself. Next time, I will have to try an actual burger. The only reason I'm not rating this restaurant a solid five stars is because the speed of service wasn't great and the waitress at our table didn't come over one time to check how things were after being served. We physically had to get up and go to the front desk to pay instead of her coming to the table where we sat. There were only two waiters out on the floor yes, but still.. If you want to please your guests and have them feel like they should come again later, you'll make the experience be pleasant and efficient. Otherwise, great place to eat on a Sunday afternoon or whenever you wish.

There were fruit flies inside when I went. I know its summer but it wasn't like a stray one. More like four or five. I have doubts on the hygiene of this place. Food was average. Burgers are small in diameter but very tall. Hard to eat overall and was not a pleasant experience. I think the manager was there when I went so we were greeted well and had some nice casual conversation. Service was very good too. Overall ok. Except for the flies.

Not sure what I was expecting but I was underwhelmed. Just an ok, nothing special, cheap burger place. I got an OFD burger (originally from Dorchester) on a gluten free bun, fries, and a side of Brussels and kale slaw. The burger was ok- I thought the tomato jam would be this great umami flavor but it was a very bland burger- plus the gf bun just fell apart. The slaw was not good at all- I'm not a big slaw person but am a s***** for Brussels sprouts so thought I'd try- it was heavy on the mayo and no seasoning. I only ate one bite and threw out the rest. The fries were good! The manager who was seating everyone and taking orders was really nice and chatty. I did takeout and it was ready within 15 min. It was a bit puzzling that the place was half empty at 1pm on a Saturday and people were told the wait was 45 min by the time I left.... Must be short-staffed. It is also a very large place. The manager said it was still considered the lunch rush.

We came in for lunch about 1:00 on a Sunday. It took about 15 minutes to get a table. After placing our order we never saw our server again. When people behind us who came in after us got our food, we flagged the general mgr asking about our order that we had been waiting on for about 25 minutes. He said, "let me check on that", walked towards the kitchen and then over to the server who was at the back of the restaurant. At that point we knew that she never submitted our order, so when the manager came back, he said "It should be coming up soon". We asked if she forgot to place the order he said, "Let me check on that". We told him not to bother and packed up our two grandsons to go. We left with nothing more than an "I'm sorry" from him and the site of the server still standing at her POS machine. With so many other good burger places around there, I would say don't bother. I never thought I would say this, but McDonald's never tasted so good!

Great stop, first time at Wahlburgers & I'm a big fan of the 'onion rings' they're shaved thin. I only wish I could've found a cashier or server, I was a to-go order and didn't mention I wanted ranch dressing. Not their fault as it was 10 mins before closing and busy.
