This was my first time trying Wendy’s, and I was genuinely excited—mainly to finally try a Frosty after seeing so many ads. I triple-checked the Wendy’s website, which said the Rogers, MN location had dine-in open until 1am. I showed up well before that, only to find the lobby completely locked with no explanation posted.

I decided to go through the drive-thru. As soon as we pulled up, the employee sounded irritated. When we didn’t immediately respond, he shouted “HELLO?!” like we were a nuisance. We asked for a vanilla Frosty, and he said they didn’t have any, but not in a helpful way—just more attitude.

Between the inaccurate hours and the rude service, it was a really disappointing first impression. I expected way better from a national chain.

Can't really speak on the food as we started to order, interrupted that we have to wait 15 minutes as there was no oil. I mean how long have you been in business youre that ill prepared? McDonald's next door got our business. Probably will next time too as the potatoes are what had me come to this place in the first place.

Guy that took our order has this piss poor attitude mixed multiple orders together got snippy when I asked if he was separating orders he said yea walked up to multiple trays threw food away for no reason. Then they messed up our order then when we had questions about it they tore down the burger put it back together yelled at us saying there's nothing wrong with your food. Don't go to this location horrible service they also refused to give us their names
