Ordered food to my place of work at 11.
Upon ordering i was told it would be delivered within 20 minutes.

Update: it is now 12:30, i have heard nothing regarding my order. i have called the business repeatedly and have gotten no answer this is ridiculous. would give 0 stars if possible.

Refused to take order over the phone

Tried this location a couple of times and both delivery and pickup are terrible. The door dash driver stole our one order. Another time we ordered 20 wings but only received 15. When calling the store they refused to do a refund over the phone. Seeing missed items happen on other reviews while also making it difficult for a refund makes me question the integrity of this location. The food also isn’t as good of quality as other locations. Overall disappointing.

Sat on hold for 6 minutes. When I told person I was missing items and food was late. Was put on hold for an additional 3 minutes. Person kept telling me to call Door Dash. App reads as though they havetheir own delivery which is why I ordered.
Cold froes missing items and will not refund my money. Door Dash will not send them back with my item and told me to call Wing Stop for my refund. No. Help. Should have read reviews before I order. Thank for the straw though

Food is good but every order before us people came back because it was wrong. She didn’t put in one large fry we got so we only have one fry for three people. Kind of annoying when you pay $50 for food

Food was bussin’ fr! Wings came out hot and fresh, and everything was packed with flavor. The workers were super nice and friendly, and my order was ready in like 10 minutes. Only small thing to mention is there’s no seating area it’s takeout only but that’s really just because of how the building’s set up, not even a real con. Definitely will be back! 💯🍗🔥

The wings were okay. I can definitely say I’ve had much better. When I asked for my pop the gal filling my cup didn’t understand that I wanted Diet Coke so another worker had to come and help her. I was absolutely grossed out that nobody was wearing gloves when they ate touching your food. I don’t think I will be rushing back for subpar wings and service.

Can't tell you about the food because it is taking so long to get it. Ordered online with time of 6:45 to 6:55. Almost 7:15 and no food and no idea how long it will be. A number of people standing around waiting for food. Obviously not prepared to take orders.
