very slow service. had to wait almost 20 minutes just for some fries. Every time I go here I'm waiting forever and there large frie looks like a small. very trash service and all there food is frozen from bags
Delicious food. Perfectly buttered and grilled buns. Salt & pepper fries. 10/10 you gotta try it

K town burger and k town fries are definitely a 10/10. Their kimchi tastes like Mom made Korean Kimchi. Definitely needs to be more busy, they deserve it! Five stars for this cosmic culinary adventure! Will come back again.

My absolute favorite burgers, weird diamond in the rough in the food court of a dying mall.Meat is always flavored well and juicy and they toast the buns on the grill and all the employees are always super nice.Idk I just love this place ?

Delicious burgers! Never regretted stopping at Blueprint for their food. Can't go wrong with anything on their menu!
We ordered fries, they never filled the order. 20 minutes later after we asked they put the French fries in the oil. We cancelled. The employees weren’t helpful and I personally saw them give 3 free food to their friends.

Business is one to not last
Be sure to NOT leave a tip UNTIL after you've had to wait an exuberant amount of time for your order and then be sure NOT to order the Chicken Cordon Bleu. You won't get the ham, it looks and tastes like tuna, and when I brought it back thinking it was a mistake--Nope. I couldn't finish it. Too greasy.Visited Friday; Not again.
