Disgusting...the carrots and celery were soft and slimy...makes me wonder about all their food. I stopped eating what I ordered after the celery and carrots...This was take out..never going back!!!

I stopped going to BWW about ten years ago because the quality had significantly declined. But my first visit back was shocking. All of the food was cooked perfectly and was much higher quality than I remember. I will be back for sure and I'm glad they have made improvements!

Uncooked batter in multiple of my onion rings. (Pictured below) Food was all cold and whatever you do do not get the garlic Parmesan boneless. FREEZING cold and no flavor. Maybe 1-2 drips of sauce on each wing.

Service wasn’t that good. Pop didn’t taste right, we let our server know and we got new ones.. same thing tasted gross. When the food came the wings, fries, and tots were cold. Our server was quick to pick up our payment for the bill. Never again going to a BWW. I can get better service and wings at DQ ohhh and cheaper….

We visit here offen and usually we receive fast friendly service. Last night we stopped in for a quick bite but it turned into a slow visit. We do the pick 6 when in a hurry it's always quick, hot and fresh. We ordered with in the first 5 minutes but it took about 25 minutes to get our food and it was luke warm. We had to ask for our drinks because we never got them and also had to ask for napkins and silverware. We ate our luke warm food because we had other things to do yet. When we were done put our dishes on the edge of the table so we could get our bill that took about 10 minutes. Had the bill and card sitting on the table waiting and it took another 17 minutes before he came back. Our quick bite turned into a long night. It wasn't that busy and they had a lot of people on but not focused on the quest. I believe the manager was sitting with a couple team members at a table and didn't even realize things were not flowing in the restaurant. Lots of dirty tables not getting clean. Definitely noone managing the floor. This location is usually good but tonight was not there night! Focus on the guest do your meeting during down time!

We stopped in for dinner at this location last night around 7:20 PM for dinner. They were busy but we were seated quickly. After sitting at our table for 15 minutes we still hadn't had anyone stop and say hi or even grab a drink order. Every table around us was getting Service but we couldn't get the attention of anyone.
We ended up getting up to leave and did get an apology from the host. We went to the wingstop next door and had food within 15 minutes. We will not be coming back to this location.

Kevin, an employee threw away my left overs cleaning up the table when I went to the bathroom. Didn't offer to replace it or anything. 15$ down the drain.

Came here on two occasions, both occasions I had the same waitress. She’s making snarky remarks about me and my group coming late which we came with an hour and thirty minutes before closing, it wasn’t that busy either. The other time I came in waitress ignored me multiple times when I was asking for a refill and she was rude. Definitely never coming back to this location again, save yourself the experience.

Food is the same quality as it was years ago. Menu has gotten smaller. Sometimes they don't have everything on the menu either.
Service is terrible. Got sat right away. Waited 30 minutes for a server while two was serving others at surrounding table, my table ordered thru the barcode. The waiters kept looking at us, assumed we had a server but never came up to the table to confirm. We had to ask for our paid drinks from a random server. Needless to say nobody recieved a tip.
