Ordered lunch for pick up, food was ready when we arrived. The bag was overstuffed. we had 30 wings with 6 flavors, 4 ranch, 4 blue cheese, onion rings and fries, all in 1 bag, needless to say it ripped. The wings were ok but small, a little overcooked to our liking. Hadn't had them in a while, so we decided to try it out, and now we remember why we stopped ordering from here.

Started off with host trying to cram a party of 7 (2 adults and 5 kids) at 2 small tables pushed together… when asked if we could get the big on and small one pushed together was told server had to many ppl, and then sat us at the same size table and ignored our request. Ordered food at once and it was brought out all separate, starting with the adults vs kids (kids should get food first) and it should all be brought out together especially when it’s chicken and fries, fries came first… was never offered refills and was told we could get it ourselves… NO ICE AND NO FIZZ!!!! Just a horrible experience and will not be returning!!!!!

Place a 130p pick up order online @11am. No was there to help, however seen a bartender. He finally came over when a caucasian woman and her child walked in. Then he states are you picking up something. I told him my name for food order, then he says they probably still have it in the back and then went on to help the lady and child. Then a lady staff walks out and asks have I been helped. I state no and then she asks my name on the order, asks if I paid. I state yes, she hands me my food bag and says have a great day. I ask can I have my drink, then she says what kind was it. She gets my drink and states have a great day. My problem was the customer friendly service just wasn’t there. If I ordered online, why aren’t you look at the order so I have all I need before I depart. Also, my fry’s were cold and no napkins. Like come on you sorry workers.

Had an amazing time at Buffalo Wild Wings recently! The American cheeseburger was phenomenal – juicy, delicious, and super satisfying. The buffalo chicken tater tots were the perfect spicy side. Definitely coming back for more! ?

Got rid of BOGO free Tuesday & wings are small. Lmfao, old BWW with BOGO FREE Tuesday & bigger wings were much better.
SB party let down. For 30 wings they provided 8 oz of sauce, which covered about 10 wings.

I have never been to Buffalo Wild Wings and a friend of mine and I went for lunch. It was great the service was excellent and the food was very good and reasonable. I was shocked. Will go again when in the Twin Cities. Thank you Phil WhiteDietary restrictions: Have a dairy allergy and they were very responsive to my request.
