I grew up ordering from this location. 25 years... I moved away for a few years, tried 5 other locations over the years. This location is the best. Always consistent, no complaints at

Been going to Carbones for 3 generations. Been to almost every location around the twin cities. But this was not good. Cheese bread was garlic bread hardly any cheese. No paper barrier so they stuck to the container. 3 large pizzas and the cheese did not go to the edge. Should have been cooked a few minutes longer. Not cut well at all. We always get pick up from the 7th street location but they are closed on Sundays. They always do an amazing job. No more Carbones on Sundays. Prices go up, Quality goes down.

New to the neighborhood but not to Carbones. This location is as good or even better than the old original. Beautiful thin crispy crust, loads of cheese. Toppings exactly as ordered and delivered within 24 minutes, pipping hot.

Carbone's has been great forever. I have not had any other pizza ever come close. The location on Century Ave is especially good and always consistent in service and quality. It is a tiny little place with no parking. The strip mall should be paying them to be there. In twenty minutes you can have the best pizza in the twin cities.

Last 3 orders have not been great! 2 of them being the wrong pizza, the first time we let it go, the second time called and after having to argue was delivered the correct pizza, this final time the pizza was fine however the sandwich was disgusting!!! This big chunk of fat was in the sandwich. Time to find a new pizza place!!!!

The customer is wrong! If you don't believe it, the manager will tell you. Second wrong order in a row. We're wrong; he's right. No point in receiving credit if we're not ordering again. He insists that we ordered onion; I'm deathly allergic. Why would we order it? But he's right; we're wrong! $35 I can't get back. We can't and didn't eat the pizza. We've lived over 30 years in Oakdale and want to keep our business here but we can't with this business. No consistency, argumentative with customer. Reconsider ordering from the Oakdale location.

Terrible service. Won't even deliver less than 5 miles away. Two thumbs down for this place.

Hole in the wall spot, run by some middle aged men. The place doesn't have a spot for you to sit down and eat their food. It's a pickup or delivery only kind of pizza joint it seems. They made my order quickly. I had a large pepperoni pizza because I found a coupon for $2 off. Even though the pizza was still $16 after the coupon (still expensive IMO) the pizza was pretty good. I'd get it again tbh.

I did delivery and my total was $58.52. I forgot to tip when paying by credit card. I did tip the delivery driver in cash, even though he was 15 minutes late, which never should have happened because I pre-ordered at 1:00 p.m. for a 5:00 p.m. delivery, there's no excuse why it's still late. I then checked my bank account and they decided to charge my credit card an additional $11. So they fraudulently charged my credit card an amount that was not authorized. The delivery fee was included in that $52.58 so it was not part of the delivery fee. It's unfortunate that we will have to stop ordering from Carbone's because my son really likes it, but I don't tolerate fraud. If you're not happy with the cash tip that was given, that does not give you a reason or an excuse to charge someone's card and amount that was not authorized. If you're going to do this kind of behavior you need to have it listed on your website so other people are made aware that this is the behavior. Beware Carbone's will steal your money if they don't feel that your tip is good enough.

Hit or miss, last 2 super pies were very good. Tonight, not so much. They have a tendency to burn the bottom of the pizza. Top looked great, maybe could have been done a little more, but the bottom was not super burnt but burnt. Smelled like burnt pizza when I walked in and long behold, my pizza was the only one in the oven. Like I said, hit or miss. Not sure I want to take a chance again seeing as the super pie cost $29.00, plus tip.
