I did a takeout orders this morning around 10:53am. I went in and to my surprised the large coffee cup was filled only 3/4 of the cup. I had them remake it because it doesn’t worth how much I paid. They did remake it, the employee didn’t seem too happy and filled my new cup with iced. It was just iced the second time. Like seriously the cup was so hard that you can’t even squeeze it.

I like stopping in the morning before work to get coffee and breakfast. This location has been inconsistent with opening on time so I will no longer be stopping in. 8/19/25 still closed at 6:22Am when hours say it opens at 5:30. Don’t understand why a company would post these hours yet not open on time.

I am sad that Caribou did not give me my birthday drink because I have been to caribou for the past 6 months.
Every time I visit I leave better and not just because I have my caffeine for the day. All the associates are warm, welcoming, cheery and friendly.

What a great way to start a long drive. They opened at 6am and I was in drive thru for just minutes. The gentleman who served the drive up was absolutely fabulous!!
