They gave me the wrong drink at first, but when I said something about it they were super friendly and made me a new one and let me keep the other drink as well (but I didn’t keep it). Great customer service!
The person who took my order was friendly, however, the person at the window couldn't have been more unfriendly, unsociable and unhappy. It was like I was doing them a favor!!!! Social skills need to be improved.
I go here almost every morning usually they are fantastic, that is until today. I came in and got an extra large ice coffee and I always get light ice and add whip and the guy literally handed me a little more than half the cup and filled the rest with whip, and a lot of of whip.. I asked him to top it off and he seemed confused and said that it was made that way because I asked for light ice I stated I come here every day and I get a full cup of coffee. It was frustrating so...
