I have been to this location many times as a Doordash driver, but I have also had many meals here, and every time this location has been awesome! The food has always tasted great and every employee I've interacted with here has always been very friendly.

Very disappointed with the owner. Probably the worst of all Chick Fil A’s. I ordered my food and asked for a dressing instead of sauce. I did not want any sauce. Just dressing. All other locations will allow you to substitute. Not this person. I walked out with my family without finalizing my order. Will never go there again.

I contacted the restaurant to request a refund for an order that was placed by mistake at that location. The manager informed me that I would need to go through the app. However, the Chick-fil-A app states that I must reach out to the restaurant manager or owner directly. This was a $40+ order, and despite submitting a feedback form and multiple phone calls, I have not been able to receive a refund for food I never received. I usually have great experiences with this company but am really disappointed with this location. There is some real issues with the app that need to be fixed. Be careful using the APP to order.

Annabelle helped us. Super busy lunch rush, they seemed to be incredibly efficient and friendly! Made my daughter extra happy on her birthday! Felt like we hardly had to wait!

Our family loves this chick-fil-a. The service is always great and fast. The playground is clean and well-maintained. When we use the drive-thru, it is generally fast and quick. The staff is always great and friendly.

2nd time I've gotten the wrong order. After you leave there's no way to correct it unless u drive all the way back 2 the restaurant. These people don't refund u or send u out comp meals like they say..I love CFL but get your s% together. Really.

They continue to get my order wrong. Today, I ordered the Market Salad with nuggets; not the seasoned grilled chicken that it usually has. It was a group order, so my salad was on the bottom of the bag and I did not double check the order. Sure enough, my salad came with the seasoned grilled chicken, and they also included the wrong toppings. Charred tomato crispy red bell peppers doesn't go with a fruit salad. There's no way I will wait in that line again, or drive back, but this is getting old. It would be good if your drive through staff got their poop in a group.
