Waited for 30 minutes for the server to come out and say they messed up and had JUST put our order in and that the kitchen would rush their order. Waited another 20 minutes for our food. Other guests were seated after us, orders, taken, served and left before we got anything. We spoke with manager who was hardly apologetic and took 30% off of our meal. We typically go there once a month but WILL NOT be going back.

The chili has been removed from the menu. I am from Texas and have been eating at Chili's since around 1980. The whole concept was around chili cook offs especially the Terlingua one. I will not be back until the chili is back. It was the only item that made Chili's stand out from all the other casual dining places. It is good without the chili but only as good as the rest.

Have been to this location many times growing up in the TC metro and I will always come back for a late night quick bite! Service is often outstanding and positive. Chicken crispers and fries and the chips and salsa trio are yummy and satisfying in a pinch. Be nice to your servers and tip at least 20 percent if not more, duh. Thanks, staff! 🫶💖☮️

Ordered our food and drinks. The drinks showed up and for the next 45 min nothing else showed up, no food, no waitress checking in nothing. We tried to ask a waitress where our food was and she walked away without answering. After 45 minutes of waiting for a burger and quesadilla we left without ever getting our food. Worst chilis I have ever been to and will not be returning

I went to Chili's in Roseville in 2018. Had a horrible experience and never went back to any Chilis. Decided to try 2025. I would have to say I was super impressed. It was an 8pm dinner. Orderd ribs, boneless wings, chicken crispers, sliders, fries, etc, and it was amazing, crunchy, and flavorful. Had leftovers, reheated, and ate the crispers the next morning from the fridge and it was still slightly crunchy.
Kylie did an amazing job for our group. She was dealing with lots of tables and needs. Super attentive, kind, quick service. Highly recommend. Ask for Kylie! She's awesome at her job. We will come back just because of her! We'll done Kylie!

All their food is really expensive and they make it look like the three for me deal is 1099 until you get there and it's just two items that are on that list and the rest go up significantly. Against my better judgment I was going to go to Applebee's and I decided to go to Chili's and the bottom line is Applebee's always has deals going on especially the half price appetizers. If I'm going back there needs to be a little bit better incentive.
