Don’t waste your time going here. Horrible service. 11/8/25 7pm service. Online order says food ready by 7:10. 7:30 before receiving our food. They had one lady as cashier & online order. She doesn’t help you unless you go up to her and ask. The guy preparing the online order doesn’t speak English. Food had no flavor! Last time.

I ordered two chicken bowls online.. had the smallest chicken portion ever plus it was soggy like it's been sitting out all day. Even the salsa tasted old and soggy. Used to be my favorite spot but seems like this chipotle is going downhill due to food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.

These guys are always closing an hour or 30 minutes early and sometimes they say their only accepting online orders an hour or two away from closing
