Good customer service
A little more expensive than Sam's club. Great selection. Do NOT go on the weekend, crazy busy. Fri night near close is the best time.
Very Busy
Usually, I would give a higher rating, but this stop was not a typical one.
I stopped in for 2 items. Chips, and a gift card. The chips were 6.99. I stated the amount I wanted added to a gift card, which was the remainder on $50, so $43.01. I told the cashier the amount, and instead of doing as I said, she took my $50, cashed out the chip purchase, and used the total to put on the gift card,so she had to re-ring my membership card etc all over.
I said "I told you the exact amount" and the cashiers reply was, "Yeah, well, I didn't know that" a bit indignantly. SHOULDN'T A CASHIER KNOW HOW TO DO BASIC MATH?
What a zoo. Not my thing.
It was great when I had 4 children at home. I have found that Costco no longer serves my needs now and into the future. Kinda songs because I have to keep the minimum membership if i am going to keep my visa card instead of canceling and risk credit score decreasing because of a closed credit line.
Costco is great. No matter how busy, just like Chick-fil-A, the checkout is fast.
They have the seafood at decent prices.
I love just walking up and down the aisles of Costco. There is always something I can buy.
We buy many of our groceries at Costco. Prices are reasonable. Quantities on some items are larger than we can use, but overall, it pays off. We have also used Costco services for car rental, and also to purchase garage doors. Fridays are very busy at Costco.

Surprisingly not horrible midday on the Saturday before Christmas. Good staff and the chaos was well managed.
EMPLOYEE COMPLAINT : Nicholas
Today was the worst shopping experience I have ever had at ANY Costco. We were in the self check out line, where multiple people were ahead of us. As we stepped up to begin scanning our items, a man approached us and began inappropriately raising his voice and telling us that we were not in line. Because of this, it brought unwanted attention to us and situation causing a scene. Super unprofessional. We asked to speak to a manager as the person we were talking to (Nicholas) obviously wanted to argue and yell at us. Unprofessional again. We were then scolded for calling the person him when his name is Nicholas. The entire time we were speaking to him he had a crazed look in his eyes which was frightening. He started screaming for a managers yelling “IRATE CUSTOMER” while we were calmly speaking to this man. We were in line for about 5 minutes, and other people were ahead of us, so I feel profiled and singled out. Anyway, we spoke to the manager and she apologized and let us check out. As we were leaving the store I heard yelling from behind me and looked back and Nicholas was screaming at us as
we were walking away badgering us after we already paid and checked out. Very unprofessional. I feel sad and disgusted that employees in customer service think they can get away talking to their customers in this way. I will never return to this location.
Love this place... wish i had more room for food!
Getting gas and a few grocery items.
Big sizes on food items. I like their restaurants.
