Do not buy the DQ ice cream sandwiches. Hardly any ice cream. Cookies touch each other. 2nd box i tried. For the price they are not worth it. They really went down hill

UPDATE: THE SPEAKER HAS BEEN FIXED AND THIS PLACE HAS GOTTEN A LOT BETTER OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS. HAPPY TO HAVE THIS PLACE IN TOWN.

The drive thru speaker has been half-broken all summer. I can't hear nothing but static through that thing.

The customer service was amazing, and the food was delicious. It was extremely worth the money because it tasted great and it was super cheap. I always go her now because of the atmosphere and the people. The lobby is always spotless and clean. I'll see a table where someone ate at, and as soon as they leave, the workers clean it up. They also put up holiday decorations. SO CUTE.

Usually love this place, but lately. I can’t understand what the employees are saying since they are quiet and horribly mumbling, or I get the girl that yells “that it?”. I’ve slowed down going to this place so maybe it’s a good thing🤣 anywho used to get a really friendly guy, but lately it’s been kids who don’t seem to thrilled to be there let alone working

Pretty good Dairy Queen. The food is always spot on. My only complaint is that the drive-thru can be very slow sometimes.

Absolutely terrible service and food quality. If I wanted soggy cold chicken and fries I'd have ordered elsewhere and left it in my fridge and ate it later. Pretty disappointed in you DQ

Waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes. The kid working was playing game because after I said something about it taking so long they put mustard all over my Burger I couldn't even eat it. All the food was cold. Look at all the bad reviews this place will be closed soon.

Don’t go! Long wait times! Got home and didn’t even get the food we paid for! I tired to call and they do t answer the phone.worst place I have ever been hands down!!!

I got the wrong order. First I waited for 20 minutes to even order through drive thru. Then I ordered a 7 dollar special bacon cheese hamburger with a sundae. Well I got cheese curds instead of a hamburger and fries. I tried calling the restaurant and someone put to a fax. I am extremely upset that I got the wrong meal and also noone answered the phone. Do not eat here!!! Extremely upset!!! How does this restaurant survive? Reporting to BBB. I also guarantee that word spreads fast about your extremely bad service.

Ordered food through the drive through. Waited damn near 30 minutes. Figured our food would be fresh. Got home(9 minute drive), took the food out, it was not fresh. The onion rings were BURNT and there were maybe 4 in the container. French fries were barely warm and they forgot our drinks.
