This is the worst Dairy Queen we’ve ever been to. When you order a New York Cheesecake blizzard and don’t get any cheesecake in it at all that’s terrible, if your out of products maybe tell the customers and they can choose something else, this happened 3 times now. On top of that the service was terrible as well as the people who ordered their food and ice cream after me also got all their food before me so I went to the counter and asked and the workers brought our order up to the counter all melted. If the workers would have tipped the blizzards upside down like they are supposed to all the ice cream would have fallen out. Very poor customer service & workers! We will never be back to this location!!

I have to say in the past me and my family have had some not great prior experiences at this DQ. However today I had an extremely positive interaction with the cashier she was extremely sweet, patient (I had an issue at first with my card) her customer service skills were amazing and even though I came at a busier time (6PM) I got my 2 blizzards in just a couple minutes. Her name was Lillet (I hope I spelled that right). But she definitely deserves some recognition for her great customer service and I hope she gets it.
