I hope the owner or location supervisor sees this. The way your store manager talks to his employees and customers on the floor of the kitchen is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been to this location a number of times and cannot say I’ve had a pleasant experience yet.

They have an advertisement saying you can get half off your first online order. But it says they are closed online. And after almost an hour I ended up paying full price and the sub wasn't very good to greasy amd the bread was soggy. The employees were very nice though.

Most rubbish restaurant takes more than an hour waiting for an unprofessional order.
This is the second time I ordered from this location and both times I did not get the extras that I paid for. Today it was bacon and garlic Mayo….got home and nope…once again.
I think I’ll just go to the chipotle next door next time.

I have only been to firehouse 3 times last week and 2 days this week food is delicious I spoke with the owner this morning he introduced himself to me as he was making my sandwich and advised me about some of the other sandwiches great customer service I will be there again. Thank you

Order my food thru dash, followed on the app then the driver switched 2x, then the order was cancelled. Then got a msg saying order being remade. I called the store they said they handed it out to the first driver, DoorDash said there was an emergency either the driver. So I called the store. They said the driver has been in the restroom a long time, I said I don’t want anyone sick delivering. Long story short order came, keep in mind we watched a whole ass movie!!! Food finally came at 11pm!!! And the order was FUBAR!!!! If your military you know what the means. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich with everything but it comes with and all I got was meat and cheese. I also ordered a smoked turkey provolone all we got was turkey and cheese. No lettuce no tomato no nothing all the fixings were gone from both my Philly cheese and steak should’ve been a combo. I got no chips with that. It was awful. I wish I could post the picts I took. We will never eat there again!!!!

I've been in twice to pick up sandwiches, and both times the staff were immediately welcoming, very quick and thorough in taking my order and preparing the food, and it was delicious!

80 degrees rude staff
Been here last week, love the sandwiches but customer service sucks!!!, I should not have to wait 50 mins for 2 medium engineer sandwiches, others were waiting longer. They ignore about 9 customers to finish a catering order, while taking more orders! A courtesy warning for the wait would've been nice. I do not recommend this spot unless you have nothing but time and patience to wait for your order.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had recently. I arrived around 7:15pm on 12/15/24, as I was emailed an offer for 50% off any subs with minimum $3 purchase. The app and website wasn't letting me redeem the deal, so I decided to go to the store. I went out of the way on my way home specifically for that deal. I arrive at the order counter and ask about the Rewards Member deal for 50% off. Two of the workers pretty much ganged up on me and instantly started denying that they would honor it in store "You gotta order from a 3rd party! We have no control over this!" I let them know that it wasn't working on the app, and if they could help or make something work out in store, and they said "If the app isn't giving you the deal, we aren't giving you the deal in store either". There was no apology or care that I went out of my way for this deal. I simply walked out. They couldn't care less to retain my business, or understand that when a brand with many stores such as Firehouse Subs offers a deal, maybe, just maybe, make an exception in store to help keep customers happy. I work customer service and I can guarantee you that they need training, at least try to relate with the customer and offer them something as an alternative option. I will make it my mission to never step foot in a Firehouse Subs location, and I will let my friends and family know of this horrible experience.
