Have a variety of foods reasonably priced. Like I can have a choice. Was tossed between vegan meal or regular meal. Went for the 55+ meal, perfect.

The taste is great, simple and as expected. Pancakes are fluffy. But it's not as cheap place as it used to be. Service was awesome though. However it seems like a trend not sure if it is IHOP or everywhere else where they want you to Tell them the tip at the end instead of you putting it yourself on the pad which can be little bit awkward.

So I came here for a quick bite to eat cuz I was running very early for a doctor's appointment so I came here for spare time I ordered the sampler appetizers as you can see in the picture for the first place the only thing that was hot was the chicken strips, the onion rings And the mozzarella sticks was very cold I told waitress about it she said she can reorder it SO waiting for the water I was eating on the chickens strips which I read out of water cuz those was dry so now my order has came out so now I need water that took so long I start eating the leftover ice that was in my glass all around the board it was just a horrible order food and for the service just super terrible will never recommend this place.

First we ordered our food, they came back like 10 minutes later saying we have a problem only one could order the steak and eggs so we were rushed to switch the one meal because they didn't have enough! Then we were rushed to eat and pay wasn't even given a chance to order a dessert if wanted! Then was way expensive especially for not being able to get what we wanted originally, if you ask me if they didn't have enough available i would have given a discount or something atleast! Then our waiter was rude and complained about not getting a tip when my husband didn't feel she deserved it after the way we were treated especially with our five year old! To feel rushed on top of everything when it wasn't even that busy, wouldn't go here again!
