We arrived at 8:30 at night, we were the only customers in the place and even so they served us 20 minutes later, I ordered a coffee and it was very COLD, they gave us the food 1 hour later and it was very cold, very bad experience, I will definitely not return to that ihop

Very disappointed in the food here! Ordered the spicy Pablano, I asked to substitute the mushroom with another veggie.. When the food arrived, it was full of uncooked onions, and few spicy peppers..There was barely any meat on the omelette! Tired of restaurants scamming on portion and ingredients but steadily increasing the price!!! I hop no more!!

Food was not good. Bacon was rancid, hash browns were burnt and coffee wasn't drinkable. It was old, bitter and acidic.
Just found out IHOP offers gluten friendly pancakes. They were great.

It will always and will be a great experience when eating here, essentially at night, and especially the delicious pancakes that they have. I recommend getting their pancakes; I always recommend them when talking to people who come here.

Went vets day, I’m an AF vet ordered the breakfast waited over 1/2 hour to finally get my meal when I got there only one other table was there but now the place was filled I got my meal LAST. Order my eggs UP got over hard. Asked for two more glasses of ice water, got one got my bill she tried to bill me for coffee. Got that removed ONLY after waiting ten minutes while the manager all the servers and the kitchen had a loud kinda fight type discussion that we all could hear as they were fighting over who had what section whos order was who’s. I just went up and handed my server my bill which should have been zero and left this is my third time at this place. They’ll never get their stuff together as the other ihops already have three cooks kept rearranging the ticket orders It’s a mess there just as the other times I went. This is the worst experience I’ve had in years. I eat at FLAMEBURGER Rice street with TWO cooks and a packed full dining room and get my meal in the proper order hot correct tastes better just sooo much better in every way. Thick baco (4) thick pieces not two very very thin pieces like Ohioans lot more hash browns toast and pancakes and it’s all cheaper.
