I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

Its really not that bad as all these reviews are saying, but some more sauce would be nice, but I did use my own dressing to be fair.

Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.

Idk what all the bad reviews were about, I was obsessed with the apple bbq and curly fries, and I’m a ranch snob I loved the soupy ranch. However it’s all changed, wayyy less fries and they’re not curly, I tried the plain bbq since there was no apple, and there was hardly any sauce, and had a weird lemon bite. Even the to go boxes were different. The ranch was the only thing that stayed the same thank god. Oh and no secret fry sauce which was the bomb.

And one of the chicken looked like it was bitten off of. The flesh on chicken were pink and all. If I die it’s from this.

soggy Cajun fries and way over salted. The ranch dipping was extremely watery, and the boneless chicken had no flavor, I got the honey chipotle. I would rather go to bdubs and pay a little more.
