Our first visit here and 8t was really nice. Jason our waiter was very attentive and helpful. The only complaint I have is the cooker. It was not very hot and we had to keep asking for them to turn the heat up. Otherwise great experience, loved the food, and we will try the hot pot next. We just ate Korean BBQ.

It was my first time at JPot and it was so much better than expected! We went with 9 people and once we got sat, our server David was cracking jokes and taking our orders like a pro. David did an AMAZING job at getting everyone everything they wanted, from the drinks to the food, always coming back to check on us, he did great!
We all got up to go get our sides and there was a big selection to choose from! Kimchi, daikon, seaweed salad, everything was so tasty and made with care. The dipping sauce recipe recommendations were awesome! I usually don’t know what to make for sauces but it really helped having the recipes there!
The hotpot soup recommendation was TomYum and it was very yummy. I loved all of the options we ordered and literally put in everything I can! I love seafood so the clams, mussels, baby octopus, and crayfish were to drool for! I can’t tell you how much clams I ate but boy was it good. As for noodles I had vermicelli and they were so good with the soup! Unfortunately the noodles got lost at the bottom of my pot so it started to thicken my soup and made it smoke a little (which is my fault from over stuffing it) but David came by the saved the day! He offered to switch out my soup and made sure I had enough food to put into it!! He really is the best server I’ve ever had!
KBBQ was great also, the options were surreal, from the meats to veggies, it was all too good!! They would come switch the grills out every time it became a little charred which was awesome! More cooking with no wait time at all! So yummy!
10/10 for JPot and 10/10 for David!! If you ever go there, ask for him! From his jokes to how much he pays attention and cares for his customers, we all truly felt welcomed and had such a nice experience just enjoying the atmosphere and the food. Thank you David for providing all of us with the upmost service! Definitely when we come back, we will be looking forward to having you again!!

5 stars. Because the freshness here is literally insane. Been to alot all u can eat bbq and hot pot nothing can compare with this. everything tastes like it was just picked and prepped minutes ago. Their papaya is next level!! so fresh so perfectly sweet and crisp that it alone is worth the visit.
The service is top top tier…attentive, fast, and genuinely welcoming. priced between $35–50 per person, the value is great.

We had Victor as our server it was my first time at this j-pop place I've been to I will definitely be back I have the tom yum soup base are server didn't stop asking questions which was awesome because you know he's checking up on us best place I've ever been to and I will be back,

our waiter was so SPECTACULAR . He gave us a discount AND it was dinner time when we got there but he gave us the lunch option because we were FOUR MINUTES late, dude is so chill too, jokes around and is extremely funny. He is just so kind, the boss too, he even let us slide with leaving some food behind. Like he really saved us from losing all the boys money, AND there was a time limit of two hours to be at the restaurant but he gave us Another Hour. Me and my friend gave them a five star on the spot. They expect tips so we gave them EXTRA tips. We wanted to give him and his boss tips. OVERALL, I would go again.
