Not trying to be a hater, but this is the only Jimmy John’s around here that actually gets it right. Every time I order, it’s perfect — the lettuce isn’t piled like a mountain, the mayo’s spot on, and it just tastes way fresher. You can tell they actually care when they make it. I’ve tried other locations and it’s just not the same. White Bear’s the best one, hands down.

I ordered extra everything also to be cut in half and ended up getting a boneless sandwich skimpy meat 3 Half cut tomatoes. And three shreds of lettuce! What a joke this isn’t the first time either. I guess you have to be in the store in order for them to get the order right. This location seriously needs new management.

Sandwich was very skimpy on the meat, especially for the price over $10 for a sandwich? Yikes!) . $40 for delivery of 2 sandwiches with chips ( no drinks). Bread was good. Delivery took much longer than expected.

When I order delivery from this location they often get my order wrong. The latest order was for a turkey bourbon club and I received roast beef. One time I received the wrong delivery order and I was so upset I drove to the store to have them fix it and they didn’t even offer me anything for my inconvenience. Nothing is more annoying than spending $25 on a sandwich that you didn’t order. I’m done with Jimmy John’s

Order said it was out for delivery 30 minutes ago and when I called because I’m only 5 minutes away from the store, they said it hasn’t even left the store and is going to be another 15-20 minute wait, terrible service

Took over 1hr to deliver my sandwich 1.1 miles from the store. And then it was all wrong haven't had Jimmy John's for a long time I'm not thinking about having it anytime soon again. Also sandwich was soggy bag was leaking

Been in once and it was a really nice environment. Employees were cool. Today I did a phone order today when I couldn’t get the app to work for a mobile order and the person on the phone was really nice/personable.
