They always messing up people’s orders, I was missing half my meal for a FAMILY. They don’t provide condiments with your meal. Always rushing people’s orders… Overall customer service is terrible here . Don’t recommend

Could give zero if possible because I’ve been here almost 20x and every single time they get my order wrong even though it’s slow?? I always try giving workers the benefit of the doubt but one EARLY morning they left EGG SHELLS in my sandwich and made my coffee wrong. The coffee tasted nothing like my usual Mocha and even tasted expired, hurting my stomach. One of the worst parts was that I waited OVER 10 minutes and was ignored multiple times when I was asking about my 4 item order. They waited until everyone’s order was finished EVEN THOUGH I was the only other person in the McDonald’s and I came WAY early before anyone was even pulled up to the drive through before ‘working’ on mines when I literally saw the bag was already ready but they weren’t giving it to me?? I have never been treated so badly and I am very sad because I come here VERY often and just wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is too far for me. 0 out of 5 stars :(

slow to bring out food. they will wait and talk to each other as your food sits there and gets cold, even when you’re waiting by the counter. poor customer service and lack of care. i usually have to wait 10-15 minutes just for a burger or two, that time including my food sitting in the kitchen getting cold. i don’t recommend.

This was meant to be a large fries, but once again, I encountered a problem at this McDonald’s. I’ve stopped by this location 2 times this year, and each visit has resulted in an issue. I will not be returning to this location again. The fries were cold, stale, and consisted entirely of the end pieces.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They always mess up our orders. Every time! We only go there because that is the closest. Manager really needs to step up and train their employees better. We waited for our coffees for 15 minutes just for them to mess it up again. We asked them if we can get a hot coffee NOT cold. The guy took the coffee back just to come back later to ask if we want new coffee😞😞😞😞 we just took off. It was too much.

If we're in the drive through waiting for 15 minutes and you can't take the payment because the system is down, just give us the food. You already made the food, and you're not getting money for it anyway. I watched several people drive off. How many of us do you think are coming back ever again?
I have been to this McDonald’s multiple times and the drive through has been backed up every single time. I went inside to ask one of the workers who is working the back booth because my order continues to get messed up Everytime. They told me his name is Anthony. If he is not fired by Monday morning I will be reporting this to the Minnesota department of human rights. Please hold yourself and Anthony accountable. Thank you

All food was not fresh, qtr pounder had 2 overdone burgers on a bun, not a qtr pound burger, and big macs had overdone burgers from maybe cooked way earlier in day, and one one the sodas was diet!..horrible!!
