Refused to cancel my mobile order saying it's not possible, and that I have to cancel through the app. Said I'll get a refund if I wait 24 hours. Said there is no manager or supervisor. Employees are improperly trained, not supported by managers. The FAQ in the app makes it very clear they are wrong.

First off I want to say that taking my order through drive-thru was horrible constantly saying is that it is that it is that it when I'm still trying to speak still trying to order my food not giving me time to speak putting stuff onto my order without me asking for it completely disregarding what I had asked for extremely rude I want to give a shout out to all the other staff they were nice and polite I was already not in the mood to deal with her so I had went to the second window and paid I've been found out that she is the boss which then give me the thought I am so glad I don't work here anymore I'm glad I quit when I did the food was hot nothing was wrong with the food the boss really needs to have more respect and dignity for us the customers that are coming to the restaurant and spending our money to have respect and to be treated like a human being she needs to have more training cuz this is ridiculous this is not how a boss should be acting on the job

I got to see an old neighbor, which made it even better.She was working at that window and has been there for 25 years.
