When this restaurant first opened it was great! But as time went on it got worse. My siblings and I would go to this restaurant once a month or maybe even twice. We had an incident where we were doing the AYCE and it took forever for the food to come out and the waiting time was just unacceptable. We weren’t the only ones there but there were only 3 other parties, other than that, the place was completely empty. We went as a party of six, on their menu they charge an automatic gratitude of a certain percentage which we were aware of because we went there so often. That day, after we finished our meal and were ready to leave, we received our checks, we put our payments down and waited for the waiter to pick it up to process. When she saw that we listed “no tip” because it was already included, she continued to state “no, there is no tip included, why no tip? You have to put tip” then server continued to stand there, watching for us to put a tip down. We felt so uncomfortable. I’m not against the “you have to tip your server” but it shouldn’t be mandatory, you shouldn’t have to tip if you don’t want to.

I’m going to cut right to the chase—my experience at Millions Crab started off well, but quickly went downhill. The service was nice in the beginning; everyone was friendly and attentive. However, as the meal progressed, things took a turn for the worse, especially with the food.

The crab legs were overcooked, the beef sausage seemed like it had been sitting out for far too long, and the broccoli was mushy. I ordered the spicy Cajun sauce, but it was neither spicy nor flavorful—it tasted watered down and lacked the Cajun taste I expected. When I brought this up to the server, she explained that the kitchen was busy, as if that justified the poor quality of the food. Regardless of how busy a kitchen is, the food should still be cooked properly.

What bothered me even more was the server’s response. She mentioned that no one else had complained, as though that was supposed to invalidate my concerns. It’s important to understand that not everyone is comfortable speaking up—some people avoid confrontation or deal with social anxiety. That doesn’t mean their experience was satisfactory.

The kitchen did remake my meal, and while the crab legs were better the second time, the sauce was still terrible, and the other items remained disappointing. Despite barely eating anything other than the crab, I was still charged $35. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and handed back the food I didn’t want, the server still asked if I wanted a to-go box and made no effort to make the situation better. Instead of adjusting the bill reasonably—perhaps just charging for the crab—I was left paying full price for a meal I didn’t enjoy.

To top it off, the restaurant wasn’t even that busy; there was only one person serving tables, which created the illusion of busyness. This visit was a complete disappointment, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Poor food quality and lackluster service ruined the experience for me.

Why is this location charging automatic gratuity for two people for all you can eat without it written anywhere? Bill came out to almost $100. I asked the host why there was an automatic gratuity charge and she said it’s because people don’t tip when eating all you can eat. I wouldn’t have an issue with this if they had it written on their menu somewhere like how they have it written that a party of 6+ will be charged 18% gratuity. I would have tipped either way but this sneaky way of getting tips rubs off the wrong way.

The point of view that I’m coming from is that I’ve worked in the same restaurant industry before and I’ve also had coworkers that would only charge specific groups of people, who were known to not always tip, automatic gratuity. Sounds like racism and stereotyping in this same situation.

This is the saddest cheapest looking lobster roll ever. For $24 this is a ripoff.

There is a reason when you drive by there are no cars in the parking lot. Fried rice was not fresh only rice, peas, carrots and not so good shrimp. Chicken was fried hard with no seasoning.

this place was decent when it came to service and portion sizes when they first opened, but have gotten worse overtime. It seems like they’re understaffed just because i’ve only seen one waitress around. Our waitress Tracy was completely rude with her tone and never came by to check on my wife and i, nor refilled our waters even once. The food portion has gotten smaller overtime and tasted flavorless as well, not to mention also how small their clams and mussels are. After we dined in and got our bill, i decided not to tip because of the service we received. Tracy came back to look at the receipt and asked us to tip over and over again. i didn’t tip. i left to the car and my wife went to use the restroom and she saw how tracy checked the bathroom if she was in there and it was just an overall weird encounter. i don’t recommend this restaurant for your seafood boil cravings. these people just halfa** their service just to steal your money.

I was hesitant to try this place and my assumption was unfortunately correct. Because I shared my Diet Pepsi with my significant other, they cut me off and we they said we gad to buy another drink. As for food, it tasted great but the sausages were cut paper thin. The snow crabs were small and there wasn’t that much meat. It was $80 for a cluster of 3 snow crab, half a pound of mussels, and a pound of peeled shrimp.

This has by far to be the worst service ever. The waitress has such a bad attitude and such poor service. We were force to tip but didnt want to because her service was absolutely horrible. She was not friendly and was giving us such bad attitude. She didnt deserve to be tipped. She wouldn’t let us order what we wanted separately as some cant eat spicy. We WISH THE BROOKLYN PARK location was open. Their service would have been better. DO NOT GO HERE. SHE WILL FOR E YOU TO TIP OUT OF OUR OWN WILL. NO LONGER COMING BECAUSE OF HER. THE FOOD WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER IF IT WASNT BECAUSE OF HER. AND YOU GUYS WONDER WHY YALL RESTAURANT IS DEAD AS HELL. FIND A BETTER WAITRESS MAYBE YOUR CUSTOMER WILL COME MORE.

Such a crazy experience, came in for the AYCE seafood first off came sat down and the waitress tossed the menu down to us. Rude. And secondly there was barely any customers but they never came by to ask for any refills. And the most unimaginable thing was the waiter forced us to give them a tip by stopping one of my friends and intimidating them, forcing them. Mind blowing. I don't think I will ever be coming here anymore. Tipping is an OPTION to do. And plus you will get a tip when your service is top notch.

The food was not good. The snow crab was soft and not fresh I had diarrhea after eating food from there. THE FRIED RICE WAS SO BAD!! It’s just rice with oysters sauce and it’s not even fried. 2 egg cost 3$ and everthing there is expensive. The waiters forced us to tip and was so rude about it. She said “Tip Tip Tip” and she said “don’t dine in if no big tip”

The food was just ok. Our family did the AYCE, the shrimp was kind of rubbery and over cooked. Coconut shrimp did not have much flavor. The calamari was extremely rubbery and like a mini tire. Chicken wings were dry. Suasge in the seafood boil was basically like sliced bologna.
We corrected the bill since we had a child with us, who was 10 years old, and the hostess was rude about changing the correct price to child.
I am just going to say at least we tried it, but we won't be going back.

Parking: Plenty of parking since they are never very busy.

Kid-friendliness: No dedicated kids menu that we were offered.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.
