I agree with all the low ratings. It’s all true. I order 3 donuts and waited 20mins. Saw a guy worker with glasses just standing in the back on his phone. Guess he decided to finally want to work after being on his phone for 20mins. And yes, the donuts taste like they have been sitting for hours. Definitely not fresh. Better off going somewhere else for mochi donuts.

I decided to get a couple donuts to go for my kids. Ordered via kiosk. The guy handed them to me in a wax paper sleeve. I asked for a box and he refused stating they were for 3 or more only. I will never be back. For 3$ a donut you can give me a box. Furthermore even if they aren’t allowed I should be given the option to purchase one.
This was amazing!! I ordered the Peppermint milk tea with crystal Boba and was not disappointed. It was light and refreshing at 50% sweetness. As a lover of yeast bread/donuts, I found these to be pretty good. The texture is very pleasing and not too sweet. The price was on the higher side, but definitely worth it for a treat.

They ignore their customers, and don’t wanna sell anything to you. Been waiting for 15 mins and nobody was at the counter. The workers just like to hide in the back. Don’t open a business if you don’t like customers.

Order 3 mochi donuts through Doordash and Donuts were hard like it has been made for days. Ended up throwing them in the trash. It also tasted like a regular donut unlike the one from Soga Mochi Donuts where it soft and taste like mochi. Probably just got a bad batch but I will not be returning. Don’t want to take that risk.
