OK, perhaps the white Bear Lake location is just another noodles and Company, but we gathered as a group of eight for a kid friendly birthday meal on in early Saturday evening. The staff were fantastic, well trained, helpful, the place is clean, the food was good, except perhaps two of us who had salads should have ordered a salad dressing on the side, because it was fairly drenched.
I order delivery tonight. No broth in my chicken noodle soup all dry noodles. I asked for silverware was giving none. I paid for extra dressing it was not given to me. I paid for extra feta and got a cup on feta a sprinkle of fets in
a massive to go cuo. This location is very careless and puts no love in there orders. And maybe actually check them before u mark off the ticket and send it out. Quality control needs to be better. this not my first time being disappointed by this location
I will not be ordering from here anymore! And once again today they forget the feta in a Mediterranean salad
We ordered lunch for the office for my birthday. We picked up order at the Maplewood location. When I opened my pad Thai I noticed there was a long black hair wrapped around the noodles. I tried calling the location and no one answered the phone. I drove back to the restaurant and waited in line to show them the food. The employee just said we'll make you a new one. Never apologized or offered any compensation for my time and having to drive back to deal with issue. I then emailed the location and requested someone contact me. Nothing! It's been 4 days. They just don't care. I would not recommend this location.
Wow! This location has improved drastically! Fresh and delicious. Not overcooked. Plenty of sauce (a complaint from before).
The staff was so friendly and checked up on us. Brought the food to the table in real bowls and silverware (most still use the throw aways)
They've refreshed their menu too!
They updated their menu recently. When I went to get my favorite meal, Penne Rosa, they informed me they discontinued it. I don't really like anything else there. I turned around and walked out. I get the Penne Rosa with the Parmesan Encrusted Chicken around 2 times a week and now it's gone. I will not be going there anymore. I'm very disappointed. Hopefully they get it back someday. 😞😢😣
You can tell by what the food is served in that they are microwave meals
Yummy 😋 first time ever
The most dry mac and cheese. Extremely dry. I can't go back!

The best Noodles & Co. I have ever graced. I would say the only con to this place is how hard it is to enter. The small turn to get in is like the final boss of a video game - impossible to beat. Spent about 10 extra minutes just trying to enter. Nonetheless, all of my grievances resolved when I finally did. The inside of this Noodles is pristine - so clean! A nice contridiction to the Noodles & Co.s that I usually go to. Their cleanliness was a good sign from the start, a reflection of their great employees. I didn’t catch the cashier’s name, but it was a woman with brown hair. She was so nice! Granted, it wasn’t very busy, but she greeted us right away and gave us time to peruse the menu. I’m Celiac (Gluten free, basically) so I had to customize my order a little bit to make sure there was no gluten. She understood right away and was so accomodating! She even made sure that I knew that the grilled chicken might have cross-contamination & made sure to let them know it was an allergy. One of the nicest fast-food cashiers I have ever met! Very caring & emanated good vibes. My friend and I sat down, and our food was out within minutes. Not to mention, the presentation was spectacular. Could have been on Chopped, or a Gordon Ramsay show. She even presented our forks to us on a separate plate with napkins. For a Noodles & Company, this was fine dining. When I had to use the bathroom and realized it needed a secret code to enter, she came and entered it for me right away, without me even asking. So well put-together and organized. The food was delicious as well, and I say this as a gluten-free person who really only tastes good food every once in awhile. It was great. So happy. Not even mentioning the frickin all-knowing, customizable soda machine. The person who invented those things and decided to put one inside of every Noodles ever is an angel descended from heaven that knows exactly what the people of America want. It’s just glorious. So, to summarize, if it’s date night in Minnesota and you’re craving Noodles, this is the only one you should ever go to. Trust! A hidden gem (Literally hidden- hard to find without a map).
