Great place for families with kids or a date night for young couples.
Food is decent and the staff are usually solid. Like with anything “chain” related anything could be hit-or-miss.
It’s Olive Garden. It’s affordable Italian. It’s what you’re going to get.

Loved the take home $6 meal. My 5 cheese ziti was all dry pasta and about 2tbsp of sauce so I got a few bites out of it before trashing most of it. Salad was not fresh. Had to pick a lot of bad lettuce out and one tiny condiment cup of dressing is not enough. Way too expensive for mediocrity; Americanized cheap pasta and ingredients. At least upgrade to quality ingredients. Ziti was still full of pasta water too 🤢

Having food allergies like Celiac Disease it is very hard to go out to eat and hopefully not get sick from cross-contamination. I explained to my server that I had Celiac disease and she made sure that there was no issues with my salad by bringing me to-go salad dressing, and not putting it directly on the salad. She also made sure that my meal was going to be safe for me to eat. Even the management was extremely helpful to me about my order. Thank you to the staff for making me feel like I mattered with my dietary issues and not feel like I was a burden to the staff about it. I will be coming back.

We waited for almost 15 minutes after being seated and nobody came to check on us, even though we pressed the “call the server” button. There were three hostesses at the front chatting when we came in, but none of them assigned us a server. My friend finally had to go ask them, and the hostess just said something like“Really? Forgot to assign you a table,” like it was no big deal.
What made it worse is that two white groups who came in after us got service right away. It’s hard not to feel there might have been discrimination involved. The server who eventually helped us (an Asian staff member) was very kind and professional, but the front desk service was extremely disappointing. I won’t be coming back

Waiter took to long for serving our order of drinks.
Also, took to long to bring rolls to the table. The place was empty, management never asked during our seating arrangement if our service and everything was alright!
The manager asked almost everyone else.
This was the Maplewood, MN Olive Garden. I was displeased with the service from management and my waiter.
The late food we received was as tasty as ever, but the waiter and the manager who avoided me while I was dining didn't cook it.
I'll avoid this location because the service is lazy and preference based.
When you're looking to feel appreciated for your business and not receive it.
Leaves a nice statement to not come back in my book.
He got his 18% but he was unfit for the task hired to do.

You could bring down prices if they didn't have 4 people trying to figure out how to seat people, it's not rocket science.
