I have never had a bad meal at any outback besides this one. Ordered a blooming onion, and you could tell. The grease had not been changed.
Then, I ordered the chimichurri steak, which is listed as a filet. It was so tough. You could not cut it with a knife. The pecan blue cheese salad and broccoli were great.
The waitress was slow and non attentive. I am in town for 2 weeks and definitely will not be visiting again

The way I was treated by the staff last night was foul. Frustrating to have the staff lose my food and the ticket for my food so now at this point it’s 9:45 I walk in at 8:00 they close the restaurant at 10:00 I I ordered a filet mignon and he brought me back a regular steak because he was trying to rush and cook the food made me check to see if my food was done Valentine’s Day Date night disaster

We had the 16 oz bone in rib eye. It was cooked to perfection , delicious, and a fair price for a complete meal! Service was above average with our wonderful server Racheal!
We had a great lunch here. Our waiter Jordon took good care of us. Even the lunch rush hour kept him busy all the time, his service was punctually done with warm. We highly love our experience here, with that dude around.

The waiter was very unattentive our potatoes had very little sour cream we asked for sour cream and butter after about 10 minutes when he showed back up we were very disappointed

Honestly one of the best restaurants I have ever BEEN to number one for sure. We were greeted when we got in. Missy the server is incredible she gives us lots of recommendations, very friendly, helpful, outstanding. The steak I ordered was the BEST, perfectly cooked medium rare, really good coconut shrimp,rices and potato! I really enjoyed eating here!!

Five Keys Locksmith
I usually come to this outback twice a month, lately i leave the restaurant not happy with the food quality neither with the services. Last time i had two staked Ribeyes medium well, we waited 23 minutes for the order to arrive and after arrival, the steak was well done and the fries was very cold and i had crispy chicken order for my lil brother and bun was crispy and hard to bite. We asked the mangers they were able to remake the steaks but it took them another 11 minutes ended up late for my flight . However,the manger never did anything other than what they are required to do so to make us happy. We had to pay full amount even after the whole thing they’ve had done. I have paid at this restaurant up to $540and I don’t care about the money as long as i am happy with the food and service. This would be the last time to come to this restaurant. Hope they figure out another new manger to keep this place running as it used to be.
