Just unbelievable slow. Don’t go through drive through unless you have a hour of your time set aside. Workers seem to be having a jolly good time together but rude to customers. $11 Mac and cheese only half way full and missing the bacon. Legit look how they cut my bagel. What a joke.

Used to really enjoy this location, but, as others have noted, the drive thru wait time is sometimes outrageous. Some of the staff do seem to ignore waiting customers.
I was forced to use their kiosk today, since there was nobody at the register. I used to go to Panera to get work done when I was studying to become a teacher. I always loved the atmosphere at their old place down White Bear Avenue. This one has more of a bus station feel. And, it is a little tattered around the edges. Also, I liked the people who were working at the old location. Nice manager, he would always come around to say hi to the regulars. I guess we have moved with the times and have become more impersonal but efficient.

I ordered bread bowls for rapid pickup and they tasted delicious with homemade soup. Ordering through the app and picking up at the restaurant were both very quick and convenient. The employees were very polite as well. Highly recommend!
