It is not personable not one staff member talks to you no greeting welcoming or anything. You place your order on a kiosk and you watch another screen for your order to be ready. And once your food is placed on the counter you take it. Maybe that is good for some ppl but I don't like it.

Disappointed. That is the kindest word I can use to review this location. We did take out and discovered once we got home that the hot sandwich we had ordered was not in our bag. I drove the 15 minutes back to the store and went to the pickup window. I told them my issue, the young woman manning the window looked around and noticed the wrapped sandwich sitting by the prep area and tried to give it to me. Did I mention we lived 15 minutes from the store? So at a minimum, my hot sandwich had been sitting there for 30 minutes. I told her no way, I wanted a new sandwich made. She seemed shocked by my request and had to ask someone to explain the concept to her. I did receive my new sandwich but not one of the 3 employees involved in this interaction said we're sorry we forgot to include this in your original order. I also wonder what they actually do during the "checking your order" step during pickup because it clearly isn't checking your order to make sure it's all in the bag. While I like Panera's food if this is how their staff is going to treat customers, I'm going to have to pass.

First time going through the drive thru. The lady that took my order was very kind over the speaker but all of a sudden a rude voice jumps in and is taking over. I asked for the whole bread and he was just aggressively responding "I am telling you what I have" I asked for the manager. He apologized for the inconvenience. I was then asked to wait in the parking lot. I called customer service to share my experience and they apologized and offered me a $30 voucher that I still did not receive?? The Manager gave me the bag of Chicken Chipotle sandwiches.The food tasted rushed and not as tasty as my co-workers order earlier that week. Very expensive and disappointing. Don't think I'll be back soon.

The overall experience was good, except one of the items I ordered was not up to the mark. If I'm not wrong with her name, Mary, who is on the floor, was very helpful and welcoming. She made sure that we found everything alright and if we had any questions while we were ordering at the kiosk. Would definitely want to go back and give a 2nd chance to try new winter specials.

Great chicken wild rice soup! Definitely hits the spot! Quick service. Only downfall of this location is the parking lot is super confusing. Especially with drive thru coming around the corner into oncoming traffic from the parking
