This is to the woman that rolled her eyes at my husband, who was picking up food. You looked at his ‘KISS’ shirt & thought you was better than him, rolled eyes & didn’t thank him for our purchase. We will NEVER set foot in this Perkins again!! Thanks for showing us your true behavior!!

We hadn't been here in a couple of years, and it has dramatically declined. We went here for lunch and waited over 45 minutes for our food. The lack of service began when we walked in and no one greeted us for several minutes even though staff came from the back to the counter multiple times. After we were seated, it proceeded to take over twenty minutes for a server to come to our table to greet us. When she brought our drinks including our child's which had a lid, we received no straw, and she wasn't in sight again to ask before she brought us our food 20 minutes later. Then she kept forgetting parts of our meal, and we had to try to track her down in the restaurant to ask for it. We had to scarf down our food and pack it up to go when it finally came as we had another commitment to get to at that point. If we would have known how long it was going to take, we would have gone elsewhere. The restaurant needs a renovation, better service, and a good cleaning. I'd recommend trying an alternative location.

The meal was delicious, eggs benedict, hash browns, and a mammoth muffin. My surprise was, they have a fresh strawberry custard pie that is almost as good as baker's square , fresh strawberry cream cheese pie that is available only seasonally, only if you can find a baker square conveinately around anymore.

The first thing I see is the sign mentioning the surcharge for eggs. I was surprised but it wasn’t that big of a deal. However, when the cleanliness and quality is off, I do have an issue. The water cup that was given to my grandma had lipstick marks on the rim, the kettle of hot water for my tea was extremely dirty and the water that came out of it had a brown tint. The syrup was watery and the hash browns looked and tasted like they sat on the grill for 20 seconds. The host and waitress were very nice but I would have never brought something that dirty out to a table.

Charged my card not ONCE! BUT TWICE! PAID A DELIVERY FEE, TWICE! AND THE FOOD NEVER ARRIVED TO THE NURSING HOME MY FATHER IS IN! Night manager, at MAPLEWOOD LOCATION, RUDE AND PATRONIZING, SHE DIDNT EVEN KNOW ON THEIR WEBSITE THEY DELIVER! DAY MANAGER, NEVER CALLED ME BACK! $70 PANCAKES, MY DISABLED VETERAN, FATHER NEVER GOT A SMELL OF! FLY THAT HUGE FLAG PROUD! SUCH A JOKE! SHAME ON ALL OF YOU! CRIMINALS!

Our server, Cheranet greeted us with a smile and promptly seated us. She came back with our drinks almost immediately. Food was good and a good sized portion. We really enjoyed Cheranet’s spot on service and pleasant attitude!!

I got sat at a dirty table. I looked at what I wanted to order, and to have an omelet ($17) and some pancakes ($9) would be $26 and after tax and tip would be over $30. Flour and eggs are some of the cheapest ingredients you can buy. These prices are crazy.

The food is excellent. I don’t rate the food a full five stars because each time I have been there, my Coke Zero has been diluted. I don't recommend the fountain drinks. I think I will get milk next time.
