This last order was an app order however the one prior was in house and was just as nice and fast. My only suggestion would be to get control of the price*****

The fastest pizza delivery I ever gotten š. It was freaky fast. Wow.
Customer service was horrible, order was delivered incomplete, 4 separate occasions. Accepting money for goods and services without providing the goods or service is theft. Was hung up on when I called to get the situation sorted out. The pizza was good. Too bad they donāt have Dominos business ethics. I give them no stars. They should have -3 stars.

!!!!STAY AWAY!!!! Placed an order on 11/30/24 at 10:17pm and the app and link provided via text message after placing order said it would be delivered by 10:47pm. Well, 10:47 came and went. I figured it was probably busy considering it was a saturday night so i didnāt think much of it, Waited another 30 minutes and still no update other than āfood is being preparedā according to the app and website. Figured Iād give them a call. NO ONE ANSWERS EVER!!!!! I called about 15 times and they let it ring for 2 minutes before declining. It finally hit 12:17pm and after no movement on my order update i decided to head to the store. I showed up and it was DEAD. Not one order being prepped. I asked for a refund and the ONE employee working said āoh your order was already canceled because we are out of everythingā and gave me a ton of attitude as if i was the problem.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? NOT ONE NOTIFICATION MY ORDER WAS CANCELED AND I WAITED FOR 2 HOURS!!! This franchise owner should seriously reconsider the type of people they are hiring. Never going to this pizza hut again.
Pizza was short on toppings, in my opinion. I ordered a super supreme. It had the right toppings, but they didn't take any chances of bankruptcy for the amount of toppings in my pizza. I don't order pizza just for the crust.

Ordered a big new Yorker I spent $30 bucks. Extra cheese extra cup pepperoni. Someone very light on both of those.I'm so pissed off the door dash lady was nice. Probably want to go this one every again and don't bother calling them they won't answer. I'm so disappointed!!!

I have been ordering from this Pizza Hut location for many months now. It's always been a pleasurable experience with very little, if any, faults to note. The food is always ready at the time it gives in the app, the employees are nice and respectful, the location is clean and tidy, and the food always tastes delicious when I end up taking a bite. Pizza Hut has easily become one of my go-to pizza franchises.
Jesus how bad can it get. Pizza is cold waited on the workers for 10 minutes to approach finally had to ask if my order was done. Then he through my receipt down and while walking away said sign that. The girl making pizzas behind him walked up apologized and picked up the receipt and handed it to me. It's sad I didn't nothing to this guy but ask for my pizzas that were not fresh and I was there right away. Start firing people who treat your customers like this have a better workplace for your employees and a better experience for your customers

Lost my pizza because they used DoorDash, and now it's my responsibility to talk to DoorDash for a refund which i cant because i didn't order it through the app... Trash employees that don't want to work. There's a reason this place is rated so low. Stay away and save your money. Jacks Pizza doesn't yell at you when you spend $50+ JS

This location should be closed. From terrible customer service, to lack of communication, to just simply you are better off going to cub and buying a frozen dinner. Cub is 24hrs!
