I’ve been calling to get my w2s for 3 weeks now. which I’ve never received I’ve tried going to the store. Nobody could help me. I’ve tried going through yum brand as this store has no association with yum brands.

I ordered food for delivery and there were several items missing. The store refused to refund my money for the missing items and also refused to deliver the missing items unless I paid another delivery fee. Why should I have to pay a delivery of $5.59 twice to receive every menu item I originally ordered?

Ordered one of their big boxes for delivery through Uber Eats. The box didn't have a tamper proof seal. In fact the box wasn't even tightly closed, it was partially open. My pasta had no top on the container it came in. For a takeout only place, they sure have a lot to learn about takeout. Very unsanitary. I will not be ordering from here anymore.

I called and ordered pizza for me and my kids all the money I had they told me they would deliver to my address 14 min after I hung up they called cane said they don’t deliver and I can pick it up or they can pit the money back on my card now I’m waiting for the money 3 business days ridiculous they suck and have no communication if I could give a 0 I would
I ordered online for pick up. Customer service was great, the said hello and helped me right away. My breadsticks were hot and fresh! Delicious! The store is clean and in a great location to just run in and pick up your pizza. Thank you ?
Worst pizza hut location. Slowest staff. Delivery was pushed back an hour ago we went to pick up. After 15 of waiting, couldn't get a refund. Ended up just leaving. Never order from this place. I spoke to manager Douglas.
