Delicious, amazing, sumptuous. I could go on and on! Don't let a few foolish bad reviews deter you, clearly they were having a bad day. Wow! Everything made fresh and how you want it, right in front of you. It was very clean and even supplied high end commercial wipes for you to do a once over at your table. We will definitely be returning and telling everyone we know to check them out! Do yourself a favor and get one of their awesome crepes!

Got my churro fix!!! They also have many other popular desserts and treats! I would have to say the location on the map does not match the actual location. I did submit a change but if that doesn't show up I uploaded a picture of the mall map. It's over on old Sears and JCPenny wing.

There is this lady that works there and looks like she dont even want to work there. It looks like she hate life. Had the worst greeting ever. If this is the face of your business, you are better off not getting a new location because she is going to bring your business down. Although the mangodana was good.

The girl that took our order doesn't seem like she want to be there. Better get use to it cause that's as far as you'll go in life. Miss all of the previous workers pre-pandemic.. they were awesome! New crew is a sad bunch.

Since they moved to the other side of the food court I’ve notice that there’s a specific employee that works there, she’s very rude and doesn’t seem to want work there, sort of like she’s being forced to work there. It’s happened twice now with the same employee.I don’t usually get food from there, but I get drinks from there. Customer service can be worked on and food handling needs to be improved. Otherwise I don’t get anything from there unless I’m dying to eat hmong food. But 9 out of 10 times I don’t get food from them I get it from another vendor.

Ummmm 100% TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Like who is running this place??!They don’t tell you when your order is ready and just puts your order on the counter. How do I know it’s my food? There’s other people ordering too.Their display of veggies and tri color stuff looked soooooooo disgusting!!! Like someone had not cleaned the area in days! And they didn’t wash their hand before preparing your food or drinks! Uhhhh… that’s pretty unsanitary… employees need to learn how to say “you’re welcome” or something when customers thank them instead of blankly staring at them. And they need to learn customer service in general… 100% would not recommend and no longer returning.

So far I've only tried 3 things. The mango salad is yummy but only if you get it spicy otherwise it's just ok. The smoothies have real fruits and tastes delish! The Kapoon is so-so. It's not bad but I've had better. Next time I'll try the noodle papaya salad but definitely coming back for the mango salad and smoothies.

Haven't been to Quench in a very long time. All past experiences were always very long wait, but food was always great. I've only ordered their kapoon once in the past; great portion size, flavor was great, but I didn't like how luke warm it was. In the past, I always ordered bubble tea too here to get my fix.Well, was there yesterday for some kapoon. Told the woman that I wanted the broth hot because the last time I had it, it was just luke warm. Was going to order bubble tea, but they no longer make the tapioca pearls and just call it the "elephant drink". I personally won't order without the pearls because I love it! Took my bubble tea order to Taste of Saigon instead. When I got the kapoon, I was disappointed. The flavor was still great, but portion of noodles was only 1/3 of the container, lots of broth, but it was just warm. Not hot like I requested. I get you don't want customers to burn their mouth, but it still wasn't hot enough. Sad that they no longer do bubble tea. Next time, I'll have to try Vivi Bubble Tea. They were still closed when I was there.
