Food was fresh and hot at the Maplewood location. The only thing that was not good Surprisingly, the biscuit's. They were overcooked and there was no visible garlic butter sauce on it. I realize what happened to the biscuits because I made the same mistake at home. I believe that the chef cooked them, put the sauce on them and put them in the warmer so that they don't have to keep making fresh biscuits and this is what caused the garlic butter sauce to dry up. I know this for a fact. I did the same thing and they look and taste dry. I was disappointed that I was not able to enjoy the Delicious, buttery biscuits like I remember them with my delicious shrimps because of the problem with the biscuits. But overall the service was goodParking: There is a decent amount of parking space, but if it was a busy night I would say you would have a problem with finding a spot to park unless you park across the street in the mall parking lot

We usually do our birthday party dinners here,monthly... but lately the orders go up in price for less food ... the walleye used have 2 pieces, now only 1... some of the food came out cold.. and the fish smelled fishy --plus for a table of 14, the 2 platters of buns don't make it and they were not refilled???

Drinks and appetizers were amazing I had stuffed mushrooms and lobster flatbread.Parking: My best sister and I do a standing dinner date monthly and Red lobster is always our go too for the sangria and food options. Atmosphere was comfortable wait staff was good. Took about 32 min to get our meal even though the restaurant was not very busy but we had appetizers and drinks to fill in the time. Overall I would go again.
The unlimited shrimp was fantastic!! And Bri? Was wonderful!! She made our dinner memorable!!

I normally love Red Lobster especially the Triple Berry Sangria, but I was pretty disappointed at this location.The Drinks were made great and theStaff was friendly and professional, the food on the other hand was extremely bland with no seasoning. I am not sure if they just had an off night. But I was very shocked with the poor food quality at this location.The lobster had absolutely no seasoning or flavor, along with the butter dipping sauce. Tasted more like plain oil.Same thing with the steak, and was barely cooked. My friend asked for medium well and looked like she got medium rare. I asked for medium rare and looked like it was just rare and not cooked.Same with the Shrimp Linguini Alfredo, the tail was still on the shrimp and the sauce was plain. The grocery store canned Alfredo has more flavor.Lobster flatbread, was decent but light on flavor.Only thing that tasted good was the seafood mushroom and the lobster mashed potato. Everything else was just sadly disappointing. Displayed nicely but no taste for how expensive it was.

Went there tonight. We got there 1 hour and 15 minutes before closing. Three staff saw us. One of them was cleaning in front of us. No one came to greet us and no one came to sit us down. We stood at the front and waited for about 10 minutes. No one said anything. So, we decided to leave. I guess we weren't welcome there!
Wow, six of us just left a birthday celebration feeling extremely frustrated. It was not busy & were very friendly & patient. Our waiter needed reminding a lot to bring condiments he never asked about, he didn't come back and add an order to endless shrimp, etc. The thing that we couldn't believe was that the waiter disappeared again with no word, the bill was sent back literally 5 times, taking 45 minutes! No discount or apology from the manager & we were still being patient.
