This location has a serious attitude problem. It’s every time I come here. The employees are rude. They point, the stare at you, they talk about you to the other employees (yes I know they were because the window was open and they were staring and laughing at me) they talk to you in a patronizing way. It’s uncomfortable and very rude. The manager will say it’s because “the employees are new” when they aren’t. It’s the same people every single time. The manager needs to do better! It’s disgusting. They definitely aren’t better than anybody else on this earth, you work at a coffee shop so tone it way back. Save your time. Go to the Scooters by Menards off 36.

I’m going to start with the fact: I have stopped by 6 times. I don’t think this is a coffee shop. It’s a watery hint of coffee flavor over ice. No matter what I order, I regret it. The burrito is pale and small, a palm sized burrito. The iced drinks are so watered down that I immediately regret it. I drive by every day and I keep wishing it was good. It’s never a treat, it’s a regret to come here.

Diehard caribou fan, was stuck on starbs for a bit but nothing hits as good or as unique as scooters. They have some of the best flavors and choices for a sugary coffee treat.
