Always hot and the customer service is 100%
They do not follow dietary restrictions! When someone comes in and asks for Sugar Free Drinks because they are diabetic, they shouldn't have real sugar added to a drink! You don't have to be a doctor to know diabetics can't have Sugar (Candy is sugar!!)!!! Manager doesn't know much about customer service. The drink should have been remade or refunded, but it wasn't! Y'all need a class on customer service!!
I do not recommend this location. I simply ordered a grande cold brew with light ice and my cup came tightly packed from top to bottom, and all around with ice. That is rude, and simply unacceptable. I didn't have time to go back to correct the drink, and almost didn't trust them making me another drink after pulling something like that. Also important to note that it was not particularly busy at the time either.
