Drive through is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been. Also if you have any special requests for your drink they just ignore it and make the drink like crap. Maycha just taste like milk. Such a waste of money, worst Starbucks in mn.

They USED to be good. There are 4 Starbucks near us and this was our favorite. Over the last year they have gone downhill. The cold brew is always watery, the cold foam is lacking and the last two times the ice was completely melted. Very disappointed

I went to the Starbucks on white bear Ave & 694 last week and submitted this order. Came out fine and sweet. Decided to go to this Starbucks and ordered the same drink. They did not pump vanilla syrup. Thought it was a fluke. Went the next day and still no syrup. Went again today to test again and lo and behold, no vanilla syrup was pumped. Yeah, I could have just gone up and ask the barista to pump syrup but they looked busy.

This was the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The blonde white girl is so passive aggressive and put SIX pumps of brown sugar in iced chai, when you don’t specify STANDARD IS TWO PUMPS WHAT MAKEE YOU THINK I WOUKD EVER WANT SIX PUMPS OF ANYTHING. The cookie was nasty and crumbly. The workers also gave me my orders at completely differnt times and were overall passive aggressive at simple questions. Everytime I come here they’re out of almost everything. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR FAVOIRTE DRINK QUICKLY HANDED TO. I go to Starbucks almost every week and this has gotta be the wrost one I’ve ever been to. I WILL NEVER BE BACK HUGE WASTE OF CALORIES AND TIME. They also do not understand the drink refill policy because you are supposed to give a free refill on any drink and you refill it with iced coffee or something. You don’t need to get an iced coffee first to refill it with the iced coffee like your job.This place is gonna make me protest Starbucks again. (Ie: they were out of oat-milk, brownies and Chocolate cake-pops)

They seem to not know what’s on their own menu! I’ve ordered several times Pumpkin Spice CRÈME which is just milk with the pumpkin flavor NO COFFEE… and some how they have no clue with a CRÈME is even tho it’s on their menu smdh and they keep giving me pumpkin spice LATTE WITH COFFEE which I do not want in my drink!
This is the slowest location I have EVER BEEN IN. They talk so much and I been waiting 12 minutes now and I ordered in the app. No one is in the store but 2 people that walked in after me. I guess since I wasn’t able to give a tip today they decided to make me wait it’s been now 15 minutes. I will NEVER STOP AT THIS LOCATION

HORRIBLE! I just spent 50 minutes in the drive-through. Nobody expects when entering a drive through with 6 cars in front of you that you are signing up for an hour wait. When I got to the window they had made my drink wrong. I mentioned to the store manager that they should probably block off the drive-through because Waiting for an hour is unacceptable. Jessica the manager told me that their boss will not allow them to do that. Well congratulations “boss” your money hungry policy without regard for your customers time Or your employees well-being is disgusting.
