This location is really hit or miss depending on who's working. Sometimes you are greeted in the staff is super personable other times they can't even be bothered to say anything while they hand you your drink or take your order. The other thing I've noticed is the inconsistency in the drinks, sometimes when you order a venti it's full other times it's halfway full.

Very friendly and great staff. They prioritize the drive thru and leave you to wait when ordering inside. Go through the drive thru and then go inside as it’s a nice space to drink your drinks. Too bad Starbucks puts too much pressure on staff to provide the right stats on their drive thru speed. Probably need to divide up tasks where you have at least one person making sure inside customers have what they need in fairness to when their order was placed.

I placed a order there with 5 coffee and saw on the screen for 5 items even been charge with all five but after I paid for it I only received 4 coffee instead of 5, I asked the windows cashier s he said I only order 4 instead of five but why am I charge with 5

The seating area is nice, but I would only ever come here if I planned on staying to work on something because every single time I have ordered on the app, my order has taken 15-30 minutes longer than it’s supposed to.
I had a pretty delightful experience at this Starbucks! The wait time did take a little bit for ordering, but it wasn’t terrible. The staff seemed reasonably friendly! I loved and was impressed by the amount of sitting areas they had. The tables were kept clean and were not dirty. It would be perfect for studying or working! The drink I ordered was quite tasty! I would definitely recommend coming here!

I cannot believe how long I waited in line in the drive thru. I placed a mobile order and it’s been ready for over 10 minutes while I sit and wait in line. My cold foam was practically gone after the 15 mins I waited.

The barista at the register was sunshine in your day and this is the first time I was at a Starbucks with a client t where we received glass cups. I didn’t even know you could get that. Thank you Maplewood Starbucks. You made the meeting special.
