Starbucks located in Hyvee. Small but decent. Staff if decent. Normally not busy so it's easy to get in and get out.Like that you can get your favorite drinks and then go grocery shopping. Good location.Clean and fast service. Just a little ridiculous they charge $0.80 per syrup pump. Overall nice little treat

Come here very often. Especially when my normal white bear Avenue location is closed. I must say this location has our absolute best customer service. Every single time I’m in there. They are nothing but very helpful,sweet and super nice. Not to mention the fast service! Tonight I spilled my drink all over myself while leaving they happily made my drink again for me!! That literally made my whole day! They are amazing!

This is the only Starbucks I go to. Their service is quick and my drinks always turn out perfect! Most of all, I love how attentive and sweet all the employees are. Each interaction I have is amazing! I feel like I’m truly seen and valued even if I’m just simply purchasing a drink. It really changes my whole day. They even offer my daughter cute stickers and that’s always a plus!

All the workers here are genuinely such nice people. They make their drinks quick and their drinks taste the best. I have been to multiple Starbucks locations and this one makes it the best. I come here sometimes with my mom and the workers are always greeting you with good energy. I usually come in the mornings when there's usually one person and even though there's a line, they still manage to make the drinks quick.

The team as this location is simply wonderful! I had a wonderful time interacting with the employees here. They are so kind and energetic, which made my wait for my order much more pleasant. They are also quite fun to talk with, and so polite. I felt very welcome from entering to exiting their store. I most definitely will be coming back to this location.

I had the best Starbucks experience ever! The ladies that work there are really sweet, and they are the only Starbucks that makes my drinks perfectly. I come in almost everyday and they treat me with such kindness everytime.
I love how understanding and accomodating the baristas who work here are. I have had a really hard time transitioning into a dairy free gluten free diet due to some recent auto immune health concerns and the manager (Taylor) took the time to check and relay to me items on the menu that might cause inflammation to my body that I wouldn't have intuitively suspected. It has helped a lot when visiting other coffee/tea houses to have an insight like this going forward.I also noticed several poor reviews in a short time span on this location, but the women mentioned have never been anything but candid and kind in my experiences. Hopefully this review can help balance out some of the unjust tainting of how hard this Starbucks location works. It sounds like some people chose to group together to bash one employee, so hopefully the collective gang up against Tia is taken with a grain of salt.Dietary restrictions: Ask baristas which sauces and syrups have gluten in them! I didn't realize the typical mocha sauce did until Taylor explained it.

If i could give 0 stars i would i came in in the morning in a great mood until tia approached me she was not friendly at all i asked her for light water when she was making my drink and she rolled her eyes and slammed the cup on the counter i will not be returning here if you dont like your job find a new one!!!!
