Martell was great I wish every Subway worker would be kind and hardworking like him. He was alone and did more work than 3 people I seen at other locations. It was refreshing to see someone care about our job

They should have another person taking orders, the orders take too long, for those of us who deliver, 20-25 minutes is too long for an order, and worse at noon, there are clients who sometimes only give them 30 minutes to eat at work, the Customers get upset when we take late orders, they insult us, and it is not fair to have to show their faces because of the restaurant's delay, just as it is not fair for the people who are in line waiting to be served, nor is it fair put so much pressure on the employee who is preparing the food, because by doing things hastily they give the wrong orders, poor organization on the part of the restaurant, at least at noon they should have someone else.

This really sucks. They've done this every time but tonight was by far the worst example of it. Place a web order and then about 20 minutes later it got marked ready and so I walked in about 10 seconds after getting the notification that it was ready for pickup and stood there for 20 minutes and he didn't start making it at all in any way in any part of this web order until at least 10 minutes after he had marked it ready. I was purposely going to sit in the car and not inside the creepy restaurant while they made the food so I would just go in when it was ready and then leave with it. It's the most egregious like lying to my face that I've experienced in quite some time in any situation
Went to Subway this evening, ordered 6 footlong subs. Mgr was great! Gave me and hubby great service and even picked out all the bad banana pepper and jalapeno pepper that I didn't even notice it was bad. Made beautiful looking subs! I almost wanted to video it because he had it all lined up perfectly too. One man team at it's greatest! Thank you Mgr. (Sorry didn't ask for ur name. Just knew you were the mgr based on our conversation.)

General manager decided to Lock the doors over an hour early before they close. Only accepting online orders. So he can go chill in the back. Talking bout it’s too busy and he’s the only one. I understand being the only one but at 9 o’clock at night I don’t think you’ll get THAT busy. Whatever. L

I have been to this Subway several times with no problems. Today the sandwich ingredients were very bad. Lettuce was brown and bitter. Tomato so soggy and overripe and spinach tasted bad. I ended up throwing half of my sandwich into trash. Very disappointed.
