Closed at 2pm on a Saturday. There were ppl inside getting served and the door was locked. Girl working said not taking any more orders, couldn’t believe it. Don’t waste your time or your appetite

Had a super long day, just wanted to get some food. It’s 6pm they don’t close til 8pm. And I walk in and just wanted my usual with my veggies, well basically all the veggies were gone- and the guy says he’s preparing to close, like what? I get prepping to close when it’s super slow, like doing dishes and floors, etc. but to put or not grab out more veggies is crazy. And like you know the days when you just really were craving a specific something and didn’t eat all day and then that entire hope and idea just vanished because of a lazy worker? And then for them to blatantly just don’t want to get or cut anything is just poor service. And someone needs to teach them how to cook the bread right because there’s also no reason the bread should be an inch and a half wide. This place could do better.

Had lunch here with my girlfriend, there was just one worker but she did everything quickly and was super nice. I recommend this location, its clean inside and looks renovated. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I did an online order and went to the subway by my house. I realized that I had ordered from the wrong subway and tried to call them. I called them repeatedly, and no one answered. When the phone call did pick up no actually said hello but rather just hung up after 15 or so secs. When I went there they didn't have my sandwich and they refused to give me my money back. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!! Horrible service and they stole my money!!!

Ordered today, the bread was rock hard. It was flat out disgusting. We had to throw away both subs. I never complain but this just irritated me because there is no way they didnt notice how hard and gross this was. I feel it was done on purpose because I chose not to tip on the app. I was going to tip in person but they both ran into the back when they seen me looking at the take out rack. That should have been my first clue something was up!

The guy working in the restaurant is rude. He complained how up happy he was. It's like he is bothered to be there.. the service was bad. The food was stale. Run by kids who don't care.. drive down to the Subway by Century avenue. Avoid this location

This subway is beyond horrible., so I go in there he's making 10 orders and says it will be a little bit I asked if he could just do mine quick since it's only one he says no and made me wait 30 minutes when he could of just made it quick the lady comes In and says u can make hers quick and he says thats ok and proceeds with hers says he's a new manager taking over and I said thanks good to o ow I wont be coming her anymore he said good WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE HE SHOWS HES GONNA MAKE A GREAT MANAGER (SAYING THIS SARCASTICLY) THEN HE GETS TI MINE AND SAYS HE DONT HAVE MAYO OR TOMATOS ARE U FRICKEN KIDDING ME I LEFR WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. AND FYI THEY RUN OUT OF MAYO AND TOMATOES IFTEN HERE . SUBWAY U NEED TO TEACH CUSTOMER SERVICE SO HORRIBLE

Online order indicated it would be ready at 12:45. Waited in store for 25 minutes after that. Witnessed 7 people leave after lining up due to slow service. Location is understaffed and undersupplied. Meat that was ordered out and needed a substitute. Sauce that was ordered was out and needed a substitute. Onions were also out.

All of the veggies looked as though they had been sitting out a year. I was starving so I got a sub anyway. I could hardly chew the pickles and there was fuzz on my cucumbers. Yuck. Plus the kid working was rude and made my sandwich like he was pissed off. Terrible experience.
