Horrible experience at this location. Only one person working, incredibly slow service - as in the person working had no reason to work any more quickly than a snail. I was then told items were out of stock after already ordering them for pick up. I got excuses the the person working that it wasn't their store. Not good Subway...Jersey Mike's is ? better!

This is worst subway store ever I will never go here or anything subway ever again. This store has bunch of thieves working here. Went there 11/13/23 was double charged for my food which store charged me over 95 dollars for two subs. Literally straight up robbed by this store when in to ask if they would refund me nope what a joke Im going to report the cashier for stealing.

Had a pickup order which was not made right. Ordered turkey and ham extra lettuce and extra green peppers. There was no ham normal lettuce and green peppers only on half.

Best subway I have ever been to! The staff is always friendly and nice. I have had zero issues at this one and will drive from Fridley just to go to this one. They are hard working people that deliver an exceptional subway product. Wish I could give 10 stars! Thank you guys for you excellent service!

Just had a scary experience with an employee at this Subway. The guy was very confrontational and stared me down as he finished up my sub. He seems very secure in his job as he did not care what he said to me. I get they are under staffed but it would seriously be better to be closed than have that guy make subs.

Never do the car side!! The app says to stay in your car but the store wants you to go pick it up from inside. The worker with colorful hair looked unprofessional and I waited almost half an hour even tho I placed my order ahead. When I asked if the system wasn’t working he said “I figured you’d come in…”Not a good choice for lunch break!!

Skimpy salad and when we walked in to correct the issue, the employee became defensive and rude. If you want business, treat customers with respect.

I would love to have a manager or someone contact me about this review because I had absolutely the WORST experience. The employee was INCREDIBLY rude and had NO customer service skills. I waited in line for 20 minutes while he was chatting it up with another employee who was ordering several sandwiches. When it finally got to me because he had no sense of urgency whatsoever, instead of greeting me or apologizing for the wait, says "what do you want". Takes forever assembling my sandwich and when it's done toasting and ready for veggies, instead of contining with my order he starts asking the person BEHIND ME what they want. Finally gets back to me and I finish the sandwich and go to pay. Stick my card in, am waiting, and instead of telling me what needs to be done he says " waiting on you, man." Does this subway hire the rudest, slowest individuals with the worst communication skills? If so, you did a fantastic job.
