Limited actual Boba tea options. Stay far away from the fruit bloom; tastes just like flower petals. Spent $22 on overpriced drinks and it was not worth it. Ended up just pouring them out at home. Will not be coming back and will not be recommending.

Had an amazing mango sago from here today - rich creamy, lots of sago and fresh mango bits. I was surprised to find they also had a wall of really fresh Asian pastries that I will be back for. The lady at the front was also very friendly and nice. I think this is going to be a regular place for me from now on!

It’s a chill place to get boba and sweet deserts. I underestimated it at first but I was proven wrong. Customer service was nice and chill and the food were really good. I have a pic of the drink I got but it’s dark so it’s not a good quality pic.
Parking: Parking is standard. Nothing crazy but it’s good.
Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is cute and friendly so kids won’t be scared.

First time coming, I got the taro milk tea and the roll cake. The roll cake was awesome, super soft and tasty also on the sweeter side. I ordered the taro roll cake, the taro milk tea had some floral notes to it. It was different, but very good. I would recommend this place.

I ordered a watermelon boom and it did not look like the menu pictures at all. Just straight up watermelon mix with ice! It was a disappointment.

First time trying Sweet Percent. Really enjoyed the mango sago drink. Rich, creamy, and loved the sago and the mango pieces in the drink.

This is my favorite boba shop around. The staff is friendly and helpful, the shop is beautiful, and the food and drinks are delicious. This shop has the best boba that I've had. The Brown Sugar Milk Tea has a delicious cream topping that they even bruleé (if they're not too busy). I would also recommend the Fruit Boom (so refreshing and has fresh chopped fruits!) and the coconut bread and coconut cream bun. Get their stamp card - you'll be back!
