The people there were very rude. I walked up to order food. I waited like a couple of minutes. The guy walked back and fourth a couple of times and didnt acknowledge me, mind you there was only two customer waiting for their order. There was no one else! I ask him if they were taking orders and he told me very rudely that I should wait. Im thinking wait for what?? For the rush of customer behind me?! I just wanted acknowledgment that he saw me and to tell me to wait. I wouldn't have mind waiting. The lady that came to take my order was unfriendly as well. They act like i owed them sonething. 'll never go there again!!!!

The cashier is a total jerk who basically bullies customers into using cash. I only had $7 on me and he snatched it from my hand and said I could pay the remaining with card.
Besides the poor customer service, the food is below average. Got two Bahn Mis and they tasted nothing like a good bahn mi. You’re better off eating Panda Express tbh

I have given this place so many chances but after my last interaction, NOPE. SUPER BAD customer service. The workers there are so rude and unprofessional. There was a time where my friend and I were ordering pho and she ordered hers with no beansprout and mine was just regular. They didn’t put beansprout in mine and kindly asked them to give me a side of beansprout. The lady decides to deny that I was the one who didn’t want beansprout and my friend did. We kept on correcting her that I was the one who wanted it and not my friend. Still kept on denying me and didn’t want to give it to me. Then after multiple disagreements, she finally decided to give me a side of beansprout and told me that next time I should ask even though i wasn’t the one to say i didnt want beansprouts. Many other altercations has happened like being rude and not letting us use their condiments on other items. Never going back.

I am not sure why this place has such bad reviews. I'm glad I didn't look before going there. I got the chicken banh mi and cream cheese wontons and they were pretty good! Nothing out of this World but exactly what I expected. Staff was direct but friendly. I wonder if the people rating the staff as unfriendly are just racist

I haven't had the food, but they have legitimately the most toe-curlingly delicious sugarcane juice I've ever had in my life. The cashier is impersonal, the atmosphere is unremarkable, and yet this beverage singlehandedly brings the whole establishment up to an 11/10. Never close, and never get rid of the sugarcane juice.

Very disappointed in this place. Was one of my favorite food court booth at the mall but after not eating here for the last year, it’s gone so bad. There should be no reason why you guys are charging about $17 for a bowl of pho that barely has any meat or noodles in it. With that kind of price, I can get a better deal outside of the food court. Needless to say, will most likely never come back.

The first time I ate at a Vietnamese restaurant in the mall. I bought 1 portion of pho, 2 sugarcane-2 passion juice tea & 1 milk tea. An Indian young man served very badly and did not accept that he was wrong when we ordered. They made a mistake and argued with me. Then a woman listened to my story and helped me make 2 other drinks. I am very grateful to that woman. I have only ever drunk passion fruit tea before... I was really surprised when my passion fruit tea turned into passion fruit smoothie...so terrible. Never come back again

Terrible customer service. I ordered bubble tea, but received a smoothie like drink instead. The pictures on the menu clearly show bubble milk tea, not this. When I confronted them about the issue, they were unhelpful and dismissive. One of them just walked away. Rude attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you're looking for good service or good bubble tea.
