We had a very excellent experience at the Maplewood location! Our server Kevin was amazing! Food was delicious the Mac n cheese is next level while the ribs melt in your mouth!’ Dragon fruit margarita is they way to go!
Food was all over cooked the shrimp tasted like rubber the fish was dry from being overcooked yuck the coleslaw’s is not my jam!! Overall the best thing was my sprite!!! Wthhh not the waitress fault she was so sweet and felt bad and when we got here nobody was here and our whole time here nobody why was the food cooked so badly

Stood by the door for over 15 minutes without being helped. When the restaurant wasn’t even busy at all. It was really annoying and frustrating. Probably would not go back to this location.
Could use more staff. Our poor server was stretched very thin being both behind the bar and waiting our table on a Friday night. Multiple people waiting to be greeted. The new Nashville hot mozzarella sticks were good but very salty. I'll still be back because I like Chili's, just not on a Friday evening.
