I’ve been going to this place since it opened in the mall- and every time I get it I think it’ll change- but no. The quality gets worse and worse. They never get orders right. And are incredibly understaffed. I ordered 3 bobas today. And ordered tapioca with each one. And only 1 came with tapioca. I also ordered less ice in 1 drink, and they gave less ice to a completely different drink. The flavors are dull and they barely add any of the jellies or tapioca on the rare chance they actually add in any. They completely scam you of your money and overprice COMPLETELYY. Stop going here, there are better boba places at the mall.

I bought the blue Galaxy. When I got it, it tasted like ice water with food coloring. I asked the little girl to see if it's suppose to have at least some sort of taste. She said she never drink it before. I said well it taste like water literally. She remade it and it still tasted like water. Now I don't know if the drink is supposed to taste like ice water or maybe they were missing out on key ingredients but I threw that crap away.

I've bought drinks from ViVi a few times but today was a big disappointment. I got a Blue Galaxy that tasted like a hint of lemon and water. The Oreo creme brulee and flaming brown sugar drinks were not sweet at all. They both tasted like plain milk. The only good drink was the passion fruit slushie. I will definitely not be returning. Don't waste your money!

First time trying this bubble tea place out. Thought I'd give it a shot. Service was slow, over 20 minute wait for 2 drinks. I regret tipping as not only was it slow, but the drinks tasted like water. Very disappointing. No matcha flavor to the drink at all. Right when I was going to request for a refund, they finished the drinks, but only to have one drink correct and the other one wrong. So I had to wait another 5 minutes for the second drink. Unfortunately, I will not be wasting time and money at that bubble tea shop again, and I don't recommend it either.

The tiramisu drink was great. The taro slush I got was disgusting and gritty. Literally threw it away after the first sip that I spit out.
