Service was super slow! We didn't get our drinks because they didn't have any glasses, we didn't get real silverware instead we got plastic. After we got our food we found hair and the top of the noodles from my Mac and cheese were hard and cold. The glasses we did get at the end were sticky and gross. I'm so disappointed

The service was decent, but the food was .... let's just say hit or miss.My daughter's salmon was spoiled and tasted like it had been cooked in some type of chemical. It was disgusting and needed to be returned. They did replace it with a choice of another dish and a free dessert. I thought that it was very nice that they'd do that.My steak was supposed to be medium, but I got a well-done steak.Someone needs to check the cook's food that is being sent out.I'm not sure if I'd go back again.

We could hear the wholeeee staff, manager included sitting a few feet away talking about us. 1 of the steaks was wayyyy over done and basically chewy fat; so was kindly asked for a replacement, and were stink eye stared at by the bartender the moment we walked in till we left. RIDICULOUS AND EMBARRASSING SERVICE.

First time customer on a busy Friday night. Food was hot and fresh and the service was outstanding. I would give a five star if we didn't have to wait so long to pay out. I'm guessing maybe the staffing was short that night but no reason not to come back again. My wife and I will be back again. Thanks to all the staff for a great overall first time impressions.

Decent food, nothing overly spectacular.Service wasn't up to snuff even though the place was not very busy at all.Just your average restaurant, not worth going out of your way for.Parking: Parking is always hit or miss with the hotel lot next door, it can get a bit crowded.Kid-friendliness: Staff didn't seem to pay attention to placing items on the table in front of the toddler. We had to intervene many times before he touched something that would burn him.

This place has went downhill the past couple of months. Servers rarely check on you and the food rarely comes how you order it. Very disappointing.
Like this Mac and cheese honey thing is so nasty and like the picture looked so good but they literally just took pasta and chicken and put some honey on it ? but like the looks we're mad good like all roomy??

Me the wife and our 4 kids went for dinner and it was busy but we were seated fast and our drink order was taken immediately our server was very friendly, kind and even gave our children her pens so they could color since they were out of crayons, we got our apps within 10 min and our food came out shortly after and my steak was perfectly cooked medium rare which I was kinda doubting getting because the last time we went to a diffrent Applebee's it was shoe leather even after being remade. But the Marshall Applebee's is on point fast, friendly atmosphere and quick food prep and great hard working people if your looking for a good meal and quickly delivered go here!!! Highly recommend this place!!

DO NOT EAT HERE.I went there to celebrate my best friend's birthday. Her food came out good (lucky for them bc she's pregnant). Then I took a bite of mine. Was really surprised it wasn't even warm!! So I ask them to warm it up then they come back once again with cold food. I have to ask AGAIN. Finally it came back simmering lol. Then the other person we were with takes some bites of their burger. Decides not to cause a scene because we had already asked TWICE for them to warm my food up. Eventually fed up with a close to raw burger. He was done. He made them take it off the bill! Such an interesting establishment. Not impressed. Waitresses were meh but the cook I'm most definitely not impressed with!! Imagine my PREGNANT best friend got that burger and it hurt her or her baby. There would have been a WAY bigger issue on hand. Better up your game Applebees I'm sure some state health inspectors would love to see what's happening at your establishment.If 0 starts was an option that's what you would be getting.Have a nice day.

Service terrible,supervisor unknowingly very slow. Should never be behind the bar. Still reading out of the book for basic drinks. Very pushy attitude and has been pushed on to her employees as there attitude has joined her state. Wow.. my next cocktail comes back with the same oranges rhines I ate from my last drink!
