Went inside to order a drink and a sandwich stood there for a few minutes while the workers were talking. I ordered my drink which was fine til later... I ordered a sandwich they didn't have it ordered another one didn't have it ordered a bagel was barely toasted... ordered a sandwich as well which was OK. Back to the drink, i ordered a cooler so naturally the drink will start to melt well there was a lot of coffee grounds in my drink. Never had that before. Way more grounds than what there should have been as if the coffee machine did not get washed properly (or at all)

The door was locked well over 10 minutes before closing. The employee inside gave a nasty look when they saw customers outside checking the door. They hadn't posted that they were closing early and were unprofessional.

This place has always been pretty good. Although they locked their doors around what must have been 5 when they close at 6. It would be understandable if they have it stated anywhere that they close their doors early and continue their drive thru until 6. Yet no where does it say that anywhere.

The staff was friendly, the drink was consistent from the last store I went to. Very clean, including the bathrooms. Nice & quiet too. Easily a good place for friends, partners or dates to go, also to order for the office!

There didn't appear to be any flavoring in my caramel high rise and I let them know immediately but they didn't offer to fix it. I'm sitting in the restaurant drinking my bland drink. Disappointing.
