The worst experience I had today. An employee named Liz demanded me to pay for 2 shakes we bought three months ago.( the one she gave us for free since the system was down and waited for 20 minutes) she said it was complimentary for the incovienince. Today after three months with attitude and publicly shaming I paid the amount. I didn’t mind about the money but the whole situation is crazy. She made me hat e the location that near me. She is not good for the job and racially profiles people😂😭. It’s 2025 Liz

I visited Cold Stone Creamery last night and had a disappointing experience. When I arrived, there were no employees in sight, and I waited for around 10 minutes with no assistance. I called out, and one of the workers responded, "We'll be right there," but no one came to help. After waiting for another 5 minutes, I realized the employees were still in the back, chatting and ignoring me. Ultimately, I left the store without being served. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and attentiveness.

I can't have this often due to dairy sensitivity but every time I do I love it. The caramel apple is really good and staff are always friendly.
